I would have liked to have breakfast but they stop serving around 9.30 whice was too early for me.

We were a last minute booking so see Regina in Pineto and the hotel was right beside the venue..so it worked very well. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We didn’t have a car so we used the bikes of the property. They were awful, they had 4 different bikes and 3 of them were broken. They were probably very old because they were rusted and they certainly never changed the wheels because they were holed. For the room, we would have like to have a little fridge or a safelocker. The price was also a little bit expensive for what we had.

We really like our room because the bed was very confortable and we had a big bathroom with a big shower which was great. We also had a humongous balcony view on the pool and the hill. For the beach, it was only 5min by feet and the sea is really pretty. The breakfast was good too, we had a lot of choices (salty and sweet).

The staff is extraordinarly friendly, smiling and helpful. The place is clean and the closed parking is a great advantage. The pool is very nice. The breakfast was the best I had in my one week trip in Italy. I will definitely come back. And deeply recommend it..

The staff was not professional. The room we were given was not the room I booked. They did change it; but not to the standard that was booked. The AC runs for 10 minutes and then shuts off; repeatedly. At 03:00 it was 30c/86f and the thermostat was set at 18c. Bed is very thin and very low to the floor. Their literature states they “cater to seniors”! The only bathroom amenities are Bathwash in the shower. Walls are paper thin. They do not have pool towels m, the loungers do not lay flat and they inconsistently enforce the use of shower caps. Which; is not stated anywhere on the pool rules and regulations. Beware, they sell day passes for pool use and it can be quite unruly at times. Breakfast sweets were a disgrace to any Pastry chef. Cornetti’s on Sunday were definitely leftover (dry and hard) Monday they were fine. The muffin on Sunday was fine and Monday was dry as a board! Coffee is only out of automatic dispenser in the morning. Even if you wish to pay for an espresso from the bar; it is not allowed. There is apparently a restaurant, but no literature or person to ask! There is no gate attendant and you must exit your vehicle to swipe your room key to enter the parking area; which is monitored by a large dog whom barks all night.

Nice setting. Apparently Sunday afternoons are funny and loud at the pool. There is also some kind of pizza/bbq but nowhere is it communicated.

I liked everything, just a small wish would be a cattle in the room.

Very nice stuff, great place to relax, lots of space outside, dogs are welcome, good dog walking areas outside the property, private beach with showers & toilets cca 7 min by foot. Pool lit up at night. Aircon working well with closed windows. Modern looking, clean, I have nothing to complain about.

We loved that the staff went out of their way to make our stay special. The breakfast was fabulous and the swimming pool area wonderful. We enjoyed being slightly further from the centre as the beaches were quieter. We'd be back at Pineto Resort in a heartbeat if we could!

Everything was fabulous! From the warm friendly greeting, to the beautifully manicured gardens and super clean pool….we absolutely loved it! We’ve already booked to go back.

Many hidden prices and restrictions, like limited pool hours, free airport shuttle that turned out that they only arranged the airport shuttle for free but the shuttle itself was very expensive. By the time we left I felt we had stayed at a low budget hotel but paid luxury hotel prices.
