For us, the location of Casa Dani was great. Right across from the taxi stand in Capri town. on Via Roma, just steps away from everything: the funicular, Piazza Umberto I, shopping, restaurants, bus to Anacapri. Casa Dani is above Da Pasquale, a reasonably priced eatery with excellent traditional food/pizza, and friendly people. The room is modern, quiet and has a large private terrace facing the water. Antonio, who works at the front desk, was wonderful. providing his suggestions for food, bars and sights. We wanted to be in the mix, and it was so nice to just walk out the door upon leaving and get a can right there to Marina Grande. This way we could just focus on enjoying Capri.

We didn’t have a kettle in the room or bottle opened but Antonio found one for us. The TV also randomly switched itself on in the middle of the night both nights!

Easy to find, secure, welcoming staff. Great views of the sea to watch all the boats coming and going. Very comfy bed.

There was a continuous thumping sound coming from somewhere till late in the night and despite their best efforts, the staff could not figure where it was coming from.

The room - it's gorgeous! It's huge and it's got a balcony that gives you unobstructed sea view and you can see the hills on the left. Waking up to that view with no tourists was one of the best things about this. Giovanna is the nicest host and goes above & beyond to ensure you have the best stay. The location is great too - right opposite the taxi stand and a short walk from the bus stop and city centre.

This property was very modern and in a great location. It was a short walk from all the restaurants and shops we wanted to visit. It was so easy for us to get a taxi or bus right outside of the apartment. Our host Antonio was so friendly, sweet and funny! Our airline lost our luggage and he really helped us not think much about it because of how positive he was. He also was very helpful with local recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Dani, Capri. We stayed for two nights and the location was great for the town centre and exploring the island. Atonio was extremely helpful with his advise and booking us restaurants as well. The room was very modern and clean and the decor of the whole hotel was lovely.

Several weeks before our arrival we received a text message from someone claiming to be from Casa Dani, asking us if we would like to cancel our reservation through Booking.com and make our reservation with this person instead, at a modestly discounted rate - this looked like a scam and we declined the offer. The keys to access the property were cumbersome and difficult to use. After our checkin communications with the property manager were sporadic so we ended up making reservations on our own. We were unable to get the tv to work (not sure if it didn’t work but we couldn’t figure it out) - but streaming through Amazon Prime was available.

The common area, room and bathroom were all beautifully designed and extremely clean and well maintained.

We booked online last minute when our ferry off the island was cancelled due to weather. The staff were lovely and very responsive, allowing us to check in right away. The room was a good size with a huge terrace with a view. Location was directly across from the taxi ranks and in easy walking distance to all the restaurants in the centre of capri.

It was stunning! The location was perfect. Right on the edge of the main area but still on the street so was easily accessible by taxi or bus. Antonio was an amazing host. He truly went above and beyond in his service and was extremely welcoming. He was so kind as to make lunch and dinner reservations for us and neither disappointed! The facilities were beautiful and the free coffee in the coffee machine was an added bonus! Highly recommend.
