Happy with everything. But would be do good to have had a coffee machine and microwave. Just incase one meal I didn't feel like pasta or pizza 😕

Bathroom and shower for room 105 were tiny, felt like a storage closet

The accommodation was centrally located and walking distance from the station. The room was clean and nice and warm which was great for our late December visit.

It can definitely use an update. I think it’s overpriced for what’s inside. The bathroom and shower definitely need to be renewed. The shower was super small and hard to be in.

There was a mild sewage smell coming in the bathroom that becomes unbearable if you stay in for long. Also, the AC was blowing warm air and we couldn’t change its mode so the room was hot at night, opening the window helped though.

I loved the view from the window and its close proximity to the Santa Lucia station and the Vaporetto stop.

Staff were incredibly accommodating and communication was great. Good location, only a short walk from train/bus station. Room had everything we needed.

The shower situation, the space was very small but also the plastic mat was slippery and the shower was slow to drain.

Room 105 was a little small .... and safe deposit box in the room was electronically locked !! Emailed the host on the email provided but they didnt bother to reply. Kettle and mugs provided but no spoon ? .... presuming guests dont take milk or sugar with there tea or coffee. External bathroom very small and could have been cleaner.

Excellent location, just 5 minutes walk to the bus / coach station for the airport and only 8 minutes walk to train station and water buses. Location was also quiet and on a nice canal. Bedroom was clean & comfortable.

The tourist tax was paid twice, once on booking and once on site, which is not fair.

Overall good experience, the flat location is exellent, easy entry to the property.

Thought the shower could have been a bit bigger and the air conditioning could have been positioned away from the top of the wardrobe so that the air could circulate better

It was very clean and in a perfect area not far from trains boats and buses, the property was touching distance to the canals

Asked for twin set up. Got double. Bathroom bit tired and not 100% clean. Rooms not soundproof (screaming baby next door).

Good location less than 10 mins from train station and easy to walk anywhere in Venice from it. Checkin online and door code easy to use (if a little long). Good space in room. Wifi good. Kettle useful (although had to move to floor to plug in). Air conditioning powerful but quiet. Good bars/restaurants/groceries within easy reach.
