We had the bathroom in the hallway, which unfortunately was a bit moldy due to poor ventilation. For our two nights no problem.

Noise comes through from staircase, but not too bad. Luckily not too noisy neighbours.

Just what we needed - easy access with a code, clean nice room, super nice location, quiet area with nice stuff around, no problems. We don’t have need to be in contact with staff so this was good deal.

The room isn’t the cleanest but it’s not horrendous. The walls are thin so you can hear everything outside the door and people can be noisy sometimes.

The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed. The location was great for Venice especially for the price you pay compared to other places you get in Venice. Also fyi for anyone who has a late flight and may want to store their bags after check out - there’s no storage at this place so you can’t leave them here.

Beautiful view over canals, ideal location to train and bus station, yet well positioned to walk to some nice places in magnificent Venezia. Rooms are spacious, quite basic and not noisy, with easy access to the accommodation.

No rail for hangers in the wardrobe, so couldn’t hang clothes.

Clean, fresh and basic. We was out most of the time and purely used it to sleep in. was great for whatever needed it for.

Nice, quiet apartment in a good location. Check-in worked well, we didn‘t experience any problems with the code lock.

The room weren't cleaned after previous guest, but after letting the host know, it took only 10 mins and the cleaner was already there. So no harm done.

Modern accommodation in quiet area. Great place over all. My own mobile data didn't work at the apartment, but the wifi was great.

The property had no noise insulation and you could hear everyone come and go and the cleaner banging the door in the morning every five minutes. we get up early and walk and try to sleep later so this wasn’t something we could do here. There was no view of anything and the fridge was hardly working. The beds were kinda hard, basic accomodation.

The property was clean. Air con worked. Management were contactable as we had an issue with the window that got resolved.

No full sized mirror in the room. Got woken up a few times by people entering the block due to doors slamming. Could not get the room to cool down even with air-con on.
