Honesty, I have been thinking about it but I can't say anything at all.

We loved it so much. Since we arrive the staff was so nice to us, even though we couldn't speak the language very well they helped us out at every moment. They even gave us tips to when we were in city center. The hole hotel vas big and beautiful. Our room was surprisingly unexpected. It looked completly like the pictures but of course a lot bigger in reality. Lovely stay, totally recommended.

On the first view, the location isn't ideal. But once you get used to the train system it is very easy to go arround. The exit of the train station looks sketchy but we spent 6 days there and we didn't have any problems and felt safe everytime. The station is very close to the hotel (in the end of the road) and it is just one stop until the one near the city center. The trains are very comfortable and on time. At first location looked like a disavantage but then we actually enjoyed the exoerience.

The room and the hotel in general was very clean. The room was big and very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and attencious. I especially enjoyed the fact that there was a boiling water machine and infusions to make tea every day in the room and in the first day there was typical chocolates and "mole cola" for us to try. There is also a glassed bottle of water that you can fill in a dispenser. The hotel is very interesting being a new construction but mantaining certain caracteristics of historic interest. It has a beautiful garden.

The reception stuff we're very friendly and provided good recommendations.. Breakfast was delicious.. Car park is spacious and easy to park.. Train takes 4 minutes to city centre, very convenient..

Location is a bit far from the centre, so you cannot walk around in the centre in the evening unless you have a car or will take a taxi.

Clean and spacious room, good shower, supermarket in the same building and another one near by, friendly staff, good breakfast, kettle in the room. Free garage, so if you are with a car, this is a very good choice. Nice small park enclosed by the hotel building.

When I made my booking on Booking I booked 4 double rooms but for some reason on 2 rooms only one person was listed. not 2. I messaged hotel to draw their attention but no response. And when we checked in I was made to pay extra for the 2nd person. According to the staff it's an issue with Booking, and after some questioning they halved the amount extra I had to pay

The staff was not very professional. When I arrived, there was nobody at the reception desk. Check in was odd. At the check out they asked me for the city tax I had already paid at the check in.

Fine property, obtained from an ancient "cascina". Architectural details are a gem, like an amazing corridor with agricultural tools exposed. At night an old tractor next to the entrance has lights on. My room was spacious, equipped with good furniture. Bed was comfortable. No noise at all. I liked also the private parking.

I was not informed that tradesmen would be in my room.

The hotel was very convenient to where my daughter and her family were staying. It was good having a cafe in the hotel for just a coffee and a croissant (as I didn't want the big breakfast). And it was great having a supermarket on the grounds. The hotel staff were really wonderful. I would certainly stay here again.

The wifi was a bit slow, and you had to put a lot of information in that i wasn't too comfortable doing. It also felt like a University dorm a little...not a hotel

Surrounding don't feel safe Walking to the station or to the restaurant Z with the family at night was not a good idea, The restaurant was great though.
