Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Statesthe property is not within walking distance to the city center as one of the reviews indicated. we had to take a local train, although only one stop to the porta Susa railway station but the train is infrequent (every 25 to 30 min).
nice room and excellent breakfast. free parking in the underground parking lot, very convenient and easy access.

IsraelThe towels were not replaced, the vent in the shower did not work so the towels remained damp The shower is crowded
A good hotel, not in the city center but well connected by train which is 2 minutes from the hotel and only one stop (3 minutes) from the Porta Sosa train station in the city center. Spacious and comfortable room, very large and comfortable bed, good and varied breakfast, very kind staff, parking of the hotel at no extra cost Definitely recommended

SloveniaBreakfast menu could have a bit more variations.
Very nice hotel with modern rooms. Beds in our room were really comfortable, we stayed there for 10 night. There are bus stops and railway station, so reaching centre is not a problem with public transport. But it takes some time, app 30 min. Breakfast is nice, but after 10 days it gets very repetitive. Parking garage is under hotel, free of charge - that's excellent!

United KingdomMaybe two room keys would be handy as I think the fridge goes off when you take it with you which I only realised later in stay. Small problem am sure reception would have given me a second key card if I’d asked- a random bank card didn’t work
If you go to this hotel expecting 5 star amenities like irons and trouser presses and espresso machines. But they don’t hold themselves out to be one. What this place is , is simply an idyllic sun trap built around old architecture that fits with Turin. The rooms are clean. Smart tiled floors, comfy beds, flatscreen tvs and facilities to make a drink in room. Bathroom hand grohe showers and taps no less and lovely toiletries that are as good as you will get anywhere replenished daily. Room service is efficient and good quality. Many rooms have balconies mine did which is great do some work in the shade on the laptop in the humid heat. This hotels best assets are its staff, they do the simple things well and in the hotel trade that is what makes people come back. Housekeeping didn’t cut corners they serviced the room each day to day 1 standard. Fridge in the room for food and drinks which is handy a good quality supermarket in the vacinity who do lovely tiramissus in glass jars I would keep the fridge stocked with them and cheeses and protein shakes and iced juices.

SloveniaNothing to do with the hotel, but if some detailed info on how to buy tickets and use them for public transit would be available, that would be splendid. I have been to many places, but the Torinos public transport was one of the biggest mysteries so far.
Great location if you are traveling by car (on the outskirts, parking garage / a lot of free parking in the close area) and near the train station to the city center. Also nice architecture, quiet nights, bed comfortable, staff very helpful (with info and taxi reservation). Breakfast rich and plentiful.

SpainMugs in the room were dusty some days when replaced by housekeeping. Pillows were a little too big, would have liked an option for a flatter pillow.
Lovely building and location. We liked the views to the park and the gardens. The architecture contrast between the modern building and the arch was very impressive. The tractor at the entrance and hotel decoration provided a unique character to the hotel. . The room was a good size and had a kettle, TV and a mini fridge. There was also a safe available. The bed was big and comfy and the bathroom was perfect for our stay. The toiletries offered by the hotel were varied and we always had what we needed. There was also a hairdryer available which was quite good. The storage space was practical and big enough to organise our suitcases and clothes. The room had blinds for privacy / sunlight dimming and a window we could open for airing the room. The detail of including some water bottles in the room upon arrival was very appreciated. Having a water fountain close to the room was great to refill our resumable bottles and use water for the kettle in the room during our stay. We also had recycling bins on our floor. We liked the fact that there were different communal balconies to smoke/vape and even had some chairs. Signing up for the WiFi was easy and there were QR codes and information around the room about the hotel services and more. The staff was very nice and helpful. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but used the breakfast room for dinner, which was good enough for what we needed. Staff helped us microwave some food and helped us order some of their pizzas on our first night, which were quite good price and quality. The communication while ordering and waiting for the pizzas was excellent. We did not use the bar but it was good to know we could use it. In the outdoor area there was some sitting space and even some basic exercise machines. The hotel had their own car park and was close to Lidl and another supermarket which was on the same block. We wandered around a little and found some nice local cafés and even a pharmacy.

AustraliaNothing, I was honestly impressed.
This gem on the outskirts of Turin city centre has it all: A great vibe, wonderful architecture, friendly multicultural staff, comfy quiet spacious rooms and a superb breakfast. In the (very) old days, it would have been a farm (cascina). The value proposition is excellent and you can walk to the city centre or take a bus (stops at entrance) or local train (five minute walk). Safe underground parking is included and a real bonus!

I was pleasantly surprised, the hotel is much better than 3 stars. The staff is very kind and efficient. The atmosphere is cool and calm. There are some bus stations near the hotel, 1 hour ride to airport, 40 minutes by bus/tram to city center. The room is comfy and clean. Breakfast costs 10 euro per person and it's good.

GermanyMaybe the location is not the greatest in the city, but if you come by car, it should not be an issue.
The room was very spacious, very clean modern bathroom and everything worked well. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything you need for a short stay. What I really appreciated that in the room it was enjoyably warm. The staff at check in and check out was very friendly and provided all the required information.

FranceThe location of the hotel is suitable for self-driving tours. The room is relatively clean. I stayed for three nights and there were problems every night. In Turin with a high temperature of 37 degrees, the air conditioner in the room kept having problems. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it turned off automatically. The attitude of the front desk staff on duty during the day was relatively good, but the gentleman on duty for three consecutive nights had a very bad attitude. I kept asking to change rooms because the air conditioner could not work properly, but he refused and was very impatient and had an extremely bad attitude. It was not until the third night that I was asked to change rooms. At around four o'clock in the morning, the lights in the new room began to flash for no reason and the alarm went off. I had no choice but to unplug the room card and cut off the power. These three nights were simply a nightmare. Not a single night could I rest well.
