Terrible hotel. We booked two weeks in advance, came to check in and were told there are no bedsheets, blankets, nor towels. We complained and got towels but nothing else. The bathroom was dirty and smelled of sewage. 1 star in every category.

It's a scam. They told us we couldn't have our booked room because the air-conditioned was broken. I booked this more for the location but they didn't give me the option of the room with the broken airconditioner. Instead I was moved to a place fifteen minutes away that wasn't very well lit and didn't feel as safe. The new room also had a broken airconditioner. When I asked the guy shoved the pipe into the back of the airconditioner and said it works. The room wouldn't cool down with the broken airconditioner. Charged us extra telling us Booking.com doesn't list all of the fees our price went from 102 to over 120. There was no trash bin in the bathroom, the place had a smell the sheets had stains on them.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

There was no reception, just a sketchy building without any indication of the accommodation. We had to call the number we had gotten with the booking multiple times before a man came to help us. After having "checked in" we had to follow a shady man for 5 minutes to another building where our room was. The room was extremely dirty: dead cockroaches on the floor, bugs in the bathroom, food on the floor, mold around the window, and dust and hairs everywhere. It seemed like the room had not been cleaned at all. After having confronted the man with this, he said that it was clean and is cleaned everyday - clearly a lie. To our question how we could solve this, since we did not book a dirty room, he said nothing and walked out on us. We called the manager/owner of the room multiple times (at least 10 times the following days, including leaving voicemails asking him to call us back), but we were unable to reach him. He did not call us back either. All in all, the room did not at all look like the photos on the website, not even a little bit. Our experience with this accommodation is extremely poor and we would not advise anybody to book this for their stay in Rome!

we firstly rent shared bathromm room ıt's 2 km far away from destination which showen in booking webside. it wasnt stated on the website. we pay +12€ for make it private. extra coast is nothing but wasnt nice to learn when we arrived

It's very close to antic rome and just behind of rome termini. Beds are very clean and confy

The bathroom could have been cleaner. More toilet rolls provided and a towel for fhe floor would have also been nice.

We stayed in room 11, which had a private bathroom outside the room, a small fridge, a TV and air conditioner. Staff were also very friendly, great value for money.

I booked a bed in a 4bed ladys room. When i arrived to the place i could not find the enterance to the hostel because there is no proper name tag infront of the building, or on the wall next to the door. I had to ask a Porter from another 3 star hotel in the area if he could help me find the enterance. Because of this friendly man i could go inside the building. He was ringing all the bells infront of the door and talked italian with the people, so that we eventually could enter the building. Then i met the owner of the 'accomodation' and he showed us the ladys room. From a superficial look it was clean, but later i saw a lot of cockroaches everywhere inside the room. The doorknob was broken, it would fall out of the door, if you would close it from the inside. Even in the bathroom inside the broken shower have been a lot of cockroaches. The shower was broken, a tiny cold waterjet came out, of a broken showerhead. Only cold water, it was impossible to heat it up. There was no door to the shower, they used a curtain hanging from the window as door. Never seen something so shady. Also the owner gave me a time limit till when i had to come back in the night, he said i only could leave till 1am. I also had no blanked for my bed, so i had to use a bedseet from the bed over. In the night i also realized the airconditioner was broken. I honestly want my money back. No recommendation, in any case.

The location is good, next to the mainstation Roma Termini. Not even 5minutes afar.

The Stark white walls devoid of any art or decoration made the room feel like Dante's purgatory. Window didn't latch closed. Ok for overnight stay but wouldn't recommend for long term stay in Rome.

Half broken shower + No glass to make some coffee and at no time there was a receptionist to ask for one + A group of 4 Spanish-speaking teens next to my room came in past midnight banging doors and shouting - WORSE: told them to stop. THEY DID NOT + paid for a sleepless night.

I couldn’t sleep at all because my room was attached to the bathrooms and I could hear people flushing all night, coming and going, loud music, loud talking on the phone. Another really bad thing is that when I arrived the name on the door is different to the one on booking! I to compare the phone number to guess which one it was. my room wasn’t even in the same building.

Tough to speak with staff, not organised well in my opinion. Room was very dirty, probably wasnt cleaned for a long time, floor was sticky. You get only one towel for few days. Overall very bad room experience, but atleast we got a room with private bathroom. Cant imagine how shared bathroom looks like.

I liked the location,because it is close, very close to termini, which was my priority.

First, our key to the main door didn't work, so we couldn't come back to the hostel later than 11 pm. On the second day we couldn't close the door to our room, so we left the most important things at the reception and we had to leave the rest unattended. Nobody was able to help us. We could only wait for the "boss". The employees even resented that we needed help. Still, we wanted to leave our baggage there after we had checked out. (there was information that this option is free). It turned out that you have to pay extra 20e. We managed to convince the other person from the reception that there is different information on the internet and finally they agreed. I omit the dirty bathroom, broken window, sink and unusable kitchen. I do not recommend staying in this hostel. Paying extra a few euros, you can have a great stay in a 3-star hotel.
