According to the description wasn't clear that it was a complete flat with many separate rooms with different unknown people....

Unfortunately, with so many things now requiring wifi/internet, if you need that, this place is not for you! Wifi is offered when you enter the room, but is then non-existent on the available options. We found the router with an alternative wifi name that had a strong signal, but "Connected without internet". When asking twice for help, they eventually responded (8 hours after my original message) to say there were "problems in the last days", but never offered a resolution and after trying to resolve myself, and reading some other reviews, I suspect they just do not even have internet. That said, it does say no internet on booking.com, but in 2024, it has become more of a requirement for guests. Also, the room has a peculiar smell when you enter and the view is not great, so keep the curtains closed. There is a QR code for an offer to use Bounce luggage storage for free before you arrive, which is pretty pointless once inside your room. Finally, check-out at 10am rather than 11am is unnecessary.

Location is good to walk into the old town or the commercial shopping area. The room is modern with a sizeable and comfortable bed, and a very nice bathroom/shower area.

The self-checkin system might be bit of a trouble, but we've sorted it out with the help of staff. Watch out under the shower, as it's a walk-in and it's easy to make a mess.

A nice room with a spacy balcony. Very nice view over park to grab a morning coffee. Comfortable beds, large bathroom and basic equipment in the room (fridge, pod coffee machine, tv). There's a small kitchenette in the corridor, with a sink and plates, but not really to prepare a meal. Very good location, close to the old city center and good communication with Bari Centrale.

Great location near the old town, simple check in, the hosts were available all the time. It was a good choice for overnight stay.

A few friendly remarks to be noted: 1. Better written explanations how to open the doors for newcomers. After the first contact things get easier, but the first attempt can be frustrating especially if you are in a hurry to reach the bathroom. 2. Just one miror in the room is not enough. 3. The issue with leaving the luggage on early arrival and late departure is not resolved in a customer friendly manner. 4. On the morning of the departure the cleaning staff begins to knock on the door at 8:30 and harassing the customers by making noise at the door. Not nice, especially on Saturday.

When in Bari, I would definitely recommend the place. Very convenintly placed. Close to the center. Nice rooms with all conveniences.

Unfortunately Wifi doesn't work or the signal is too weak. We are in room 3 and we can't get the wifi at all. But we only stay for 1 night so our 3g is fine.

The location is very convenience, close to big car park with walking distance to everything. The hotel is clean and spacious with the price.

The room is big and well-equipped. The location is in the center and everything is within walking distance. I love the balcony with a nice view of the park in front of the apartment.

the humidity in the room was extremely high (if they didn’t change the towels they would be very wet)

The first thing is that as soon as you enter the room, you feel very heavy air, which the reason of increased humidity. Even though the windows were open the whole day, it didn’t help. Because of that I was waking up with the headaches and coughing every morning - for allergic person like me, the conditions are extremely unbearable! The place requires serious renovations: even though the shower is quite huge, every time you use the water even a bit, it starts making weird sounds, as well as the toilet itself. The noise is so loud and is continuing for some period of time after the water usage. Also, the water from the shower is not going away and just leaks to the floors - I’m not the person who’s using water heavily while showering btw. Honestly, couldn’t wait to go home to sleep in my own bed.

The room was quite spacious and I really enjoyed self check-in option - everything was well explained in the email.

the common kitchen could be usable, at least to be able to make some coffee, use some kitchenware to make a sandwich... not sure what R&B means in the name of the apartment 😀 the toilet makes scary noises, very loud noises. you can hear every step above and every crying baby around. not sound-isolated at all. I was woken up every morning by the clapping of shoes of the room service 😡 the shower is not built properly... the water flows all around the bathroom when showering... not enough towels to dry it all. next time bring your wellies ! 😂 and the staff nor the owner speaks a word English. but they are used to use translator app on the phone. and we found out that very little people speak any English in the whole region, so cannot blame :)

online check-in is quite easy. if you follow the steps that you receive and you have internet connection, you cannot get it wrong. close to historic centre, not far from train station for trips to other towns. room service and fresh towels every day.

I had asked for a early check in and late check out. The late chech out was oficially confirm but on the day we had to leave they told us that it was mistake and that they made early check in,which we didn't have,even the room wasnt ready for 1p.m. They offer me on the check out to take our bags to their office which was about 1km distance and to go and take the bags before 3p.m. We didnt go at the end.

We like the location and the girl which was cleaning was kind and helpfull .

Not luxury - curtains frayed, shower trap cover missing, lino floor unstuck in places. Noisy neighbours kept us up until the early hours. No private parking despite the site saying garage parking available - it is but €30 per 24hours.
