Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IsraelLocation We we lucky the main door was open and concierge/ house keeper was present the hotel was not easy to find inside the building (go right second floor in elevator). Facilities Room had no safe deposit box (as it was explained 3rd floor has improoved security instead cameras and motion sensors ) and maybe due to that room key looks like standart wardrobe key. Room Ergonomics The wardrobe the upper shelf located perfectly . . we hit it with our heads atleast 4 times (well you have a mini fridge inside it and place for second luggage). Shower door opens in wrong direction the space is narrow ~70cm and very close to the toilet choosing to open inside the shower would be better and its easy to fix. Main shower If you dont want to use top shower the hand shower can be hanged only in fixed low position . Draining the bathtub will flood the shower cabin (you can install one way valve ) it seems the drain system has faulty air/drainage filter smell noticed prety strong until you flush shower + ventelate it(closed cabin door blocks the smell) 3rd floor Lobby noise Since the corridor floors are without carpet plus the door design without isolation you can hear other guest pretty clear in the corridor( unfortenaly it woke us up) . Breakfast The cafeteria is outside the hotel and frequently gets overcrowded but their coffe is outstanding if you have a chance do try it. Both windows has no view Construction Building fasad renovation ongoing be advised some times it get dusty in 1st floor we didnt mind it.
Stayed in Traiano suite with bathtub ,the bathtub was great , bed was large and comfortable, minibar is great , reception was very kind to explained and gave great tips.Wifi worked great. 5 min walk to Metro line A (closes at 21:00) , bus stops also can be found around the hotel. Cealing/window noise isolation is excelent. Room cleaning and mini bar refill is excellent. Breakfast best coffee we found in Rome neat small place.

United KingdomWell where do i start. We booked a Double bedroom and was shocked to find a matress on top of sofa cushions. We complained to the female receptionist and she got very frosty with us and upset & blamed my wife for booking the economy room, which is disgusting behaviour. We were not aware we had booked the economy room as it did not say on the booking description that this was an economy room, and that we dont get a proper bed. The receptionist said it was a French or Japanese bed, this was neither as it was a collection of old cushions on the floor with varying degrees of softness and comfort so it really did depend on which cushion you slept on, as to whether you woke up with a stiff back or a sore hips. The back rests off the "bed / sofa" were piled up in the window, so there was no effort to hide the fact they were using disused sofa cushions. On the plus side it was really easy to roll onto the floor as you are so close to it!! The receptionist claimed they had not had any previous complaints, about this room in the past, which is irrelevant and hard to believe. The room smelt of damp and we found black mould on the wall above shower. The toilet would only flush when it wanted to and we had to ask for toilet roll. For some reason the room cleaner stopped filling our free water up in the fridge, probably because we complained. The floor tile was loose and sticking up, the aircon leaked over our cases, I had to clean the communal kettle out as it had white scum floating around the top and the TV only had a few Italian channels to watch out of a possible 1000 - No satelite TV here and this must be because we had the economy room!!! There was a general metro/train strike while we were there and the reception staff did not inform us or at the very least leave a note on our door or in the room, and as a result we missed our train, never got to Florence and lost €100. This is a terrible Hotel with terrible customer service. They have a lot to...
The Aircon.

AustriaBefore our stay and after booking, we were asked many times via calls and messages when we will arrive. After confirming it more than one time, we were asked again which was quite annoying. We arrived exactly on time and texted 30 min before arriving. When we arrived we had to wait 45 min which nearly ruined our evening due to a reservation. The host offered us a bottle of wine but we didn‘t want a wine and so we didn‘t get any acceptable compensation fot those troubles. Also they couldn‘t give us a plausible excuse for coming so late, so we are really disappointed!

LithuaniaI booked a “president” suite… hard to name it this way: the bathtub didn’t work (I couldn’t drain the water as the drain lid didn’t work and I wasn’t able to take a bath - which I actually booked the room for)) same issue was with bidet… as they both have broken up in the evening, I wasn’t able to take a shower or anything…
the only thing I liked about this property is their staff. the receptionist was very welcoming and professional

United Kingdomno bar, dodgy lift, no out of hours reception without having to pay an extra €50, no breakfast even though we paid for it. lots of building work in property. it’s not a hotel it’s an office/apartment building with a corridor on 3rd floor up a dumb waiter lift - loads of builders and rubble.

PolandThe suite with jacuzzi is not what you see on the photo, there is a separate bathroom with bath tub and a toilet. There are no good views from the windows. I am afraid that it is overpriced.
It is close to the Vatican hill, clean and tidy. There are many good cafes and restaurants around it.

United StatesNice clean room, bathroom and tub were very nice but it was small. It is a compact space and not very comfortable. For the price to say breakfast is included, that needs to be better. Overall it is a nice clean place in an accessible area but would not book again for that price.
Cleanliness, bathroom and tub, and location.
