The emails you receive after booking are a bit confusing and misleading.

The location is absolutely perfect: close to the station, to the city centre and the main attractions. The area is safe at night, and there are bars and restaurants easily reached on foot. The building is new, modern, clean, and well-thought out. It is as it looks like in the pics, even better. The staff is great! Super helpful, very professional and friendly. Reception is 24 h. It offers lots of services like a laundry room, a gym, meeting rooms and even a small cinema. Staff stores your luggage and lets you use the restrooms after check-out. Breakfast is good and varied.

The rooms were a but small, but they were really all that was needed. No television to watch at night to unwind. But it was fine.

The staff was super friendly, and helpful. It was great that they were bilingual as well. The free breakfast was great in the morning. It was close to the city center, so it was quick and easy to get around Florenceto sightsee.

The automated messages sent by the hotel could be clearer. It would be better if the message stated "check-in starting from 3pm" instead of "check-in at 3pm", which can be confusing. While the room felt new and clean, the furniture gave me the impression that it might not be very durable and may not last for years. It felt like cheap IKEA furniture, but I hope I'm wrong. To use the washing machine, guests need to install an app and create an account, which was a bit inconvenient. It would have been better if guests could simply pay by credit card or another method. The towels provided were thin, which might not be very comfortable during hot summer days when you need to shower more than once. However, the towels were changed every day, so this was not a major issue. Price was pretty high, but compared to other hotels still pretty cheap. It was about 15% more expensive as most hostels with a similar ranking where you have to share your room with 3 other people (or more). I think that Florence just got a lot more expensive in the last 2 years.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The building is practically new and very well-maintained, with a great 24-hour reception service. The daily room cleaning and fresh towel changes were also appreciated. I made use of the basic gym, which was ok for a basic workout needs (don't expect a bech, squat rack, ...). Although I didn't use the cinema room or laundry facilities, it was nice to know they were available. The shared kitchen was also a nice touch, You also have a small fridge in the room and the WiFi connection is good enough for basic things (did several Teams meetings from my room). The breakfast offered several options and was a good way to start the day. While it wasn't a fancy five-star breakfast, it was definitely satisfying. Competitive pricing compared to other hotels, and the location was great as it was close to the historic centre and the rail station. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a practical and comfortable stay.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room is nice and clean. Not as small as other reviews had stated. It is dorm like size but for backpackers like myself it’s more than enough. Great facilities too. There’s paid laundry and a gym inside the establishment.

I asked if I could check in 15 minutes before 3pm due the time of my arrival, I was never answered but on the other hand I had to wait 30 minutes after 3pm for my room to be ready, that time was never discounted on the check out, staff simply forgot they delayed at freeing the room. They said they were checking if everything was ok, but clearly the room was not ready to be used, not only with me I could see, so probably the cleaning team is not big and there's a lack of organization in that matter. Second thing I'd like to point is, they say it's a student's residential place but that doesn't mean there aren't rules, unfortunately there were lots of loud talks in the corridor till very late and no one to complain about it. It's a shame because all the rest is great.

The staff was great, the breakfast very honest, the room was cozy and clean, installations were new and well maintained, so the cost for the staying was pretty fair. The hotel was not so close to the train station as I thought but manageable, 25 minutes away on foot from the main sightseeing spots in Firenze which is also great to avoid all the fuss and noise from the crowds.

The location was a little far from the city center (20 min to St Maria Fiore, for example), but it was good for going to the Accademia gallery and Mercato Centrale. The bathroom had a strange smell. I talked to the staff and they said that it comes from the ventilation and there was nothing that they could do. You could also smell it from the reception and hall, so I believe it's true. The cleaning staff entered my room twice when I was in (to be fair they did knock on the door) and it wasn't a big deal for me personally, but I think they could benefit from having a "do not disturb" tag.

Location was good for going to the Accademia gallery and Mercato Centrale. All of the staff were nice and friendly and ready to answer your questions. Breakfast was good, with a lot of sweet Italian pastries. The beds were comfortable and the room looked really nice and quiet. They also have a fridge and a safe. They also provide washing machines, but I didn't use them.

I just wish there had been a door sign for when you don’t want turn down service or need a do not disturb.
