Charming hotel with very helpful and welcoming staff. The wellness area is just what you need after the day of skiing/snowboarding. Also loved the lounge area on the ground floor, nice for a glas of wine in the evening or to socialise. We've used the shuttle service to get to the slopes which was hassle free and quick. I definitely save this hotel for the future trips.

It was all good.

We arrived by bus and the hotel sent a shuttle straight away to pick us up. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They facilitated our ski hire and pointed out the best area to ski for our ability level. The hotel also provides a beautiful wellness centre comprising of swimming pool, sauna, steam room and relaxation room and, after a day skiing, this is absolute heaven. The hotel does provide some delicious dinner and snack options at reasonable prices if you don’t want to venture out into the town centre. It also has a very comfortable bar area. Breakfast is ample and varied and the breakfast staff is helpful and cheerful. There is a convenient shuttle service that takes you to and from the ski lifts. The hotel is an easy 15 minute walk from the centre of town. The room was comfortable and very clean with a great bed. We also had a small balcony with view. I would love to stay here again. That wellness centre……!!!!!

The rooms were very basic. It would have been nice if there was a shuttle into town at night for dinner to save the 20 minute walk each time. Making the wellness area available in the morning would have been appreciated. And turn up the heat in the hot tub!

Great breakfast, and wellness area on site! Ski shuttle in the morning and afternoon made it easy to get to the slopes. Common areas were quite nice. Boot dryers and ski lockers were appreciated.

Great location, clean rooms and nice spa. Staff of the hotel was super friendly and helpful on every needed things. Warm and cosy atmosphere were you feel this family really want you to have a pleasent stay.

Small and a bit outdated bathrooms in the rooms. Small locker room for the skis, sometimes crowded.

Spa was very nice, beautifully decorated and clean, sauna and jacuzzi very enjoyable, also other nice details. Lounge cozy to relax there and helps that one gets snacks and good salads during the day/ evening. Shuttle service works out well to go to the slopes.

Very pleasant service staff. The hosts are also very nice. Even the driver who drove from the hotel to the lift was very helpful. The bar area of ​​the hotel, as well as the breakfast room, were very comfortably furnished. The spa area is also very cozy. Everything was very clean.

I personally think there's nothing wrong with this place. Someone mentioned the location not being central, however if you are in Campiglio you are probably ready to walk a lot, and a 10 minutes walk to piazza Righi ( main piazza) shouldn't really be something to worry about 😄. Plus you are on the south side of the town, no hills when walking to the centre.

Everything is almost up to perfection in terms of quality/price! Staff super helpful, common parts are new, clean and in great mountain style. The room was also in nice mountain style with wood panels on the walls and wooden furniture. Super generous breakfast buffet! The top its probably the wellness centre, in superb conditions, which includes a big swimming pool. We booked after reading the previous reviews and it did help a lot. If your budget isn't big I recommend you look no further and book this place, guaranteed you will be happy!

Nothing to mention, can't ask more for the price we've paid

We have spent 4 nights here and I've got to say that this place it's simply perfect! Decided to book mainly because of the previous reviews but also because of our budget. The balance quality/ price it's superb: everything it's new, super clean and in perfect mountain style. The room was of decent size, with a huge bed, big wardrobe, table and nice balcony. Bathroom also nice and clean with everything in great working order. Super breakfast with lots of choices, both sweet and salted ( cakes, sweets, jams, bread, hams, cheese, etc..). The real top however it's the wellness centre: new, clean, big swimming pool, Turkish bath and sauna, lots of beds. It has definitely gone over our expectations! Some guests have mentioned the location not being in the centre, but I've got to say thay I've found it perfect, next to the bus stop and near the supermarket. A walk to the main piazza takes not longer than 10 minutes and if you are in Campiglio you are probably going to walk a lot everyday so a 10 minutes walk shouldn't be really something to worry about 😄. Plus there's not much going on in Piazza Righi, so don't take Campiglio centre as most important location. If your budget isn't big, I recommend you look no further and book this hotel.

Not much of a view from my room. Tiny shower, but it had good water pressure. These are minor details though and I would happily stay there again.

Comfortable, clean, lovely staff, generous breakfast buffet served in the sun room, with eggs, beans, sausage, waffles and very very good coffee. Bus stop is only steps away and a supermarket 100m up the road.

Early check in at 08 am / late check out .. 👌 SPA - super clean, stylish and cosy ... Ski bus - good driver, always on time ... Location - walking distance to the city center... Free parking ...

Good location for skiing, great shuttle service. Excellent and new SPA zone! Super nice and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and breakfast area. Cosy bar. Not big but very nice and clean room with fantastic views to mountains.
