You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

If you're planning to visit Rieti—as a tourist, a pilgrim, or on business—this light-filled, spacious apartment is a fantastic choice. It’s spread over two floors in a beautiful old building with high ceilings and has been tastefully renovated with a clean, modern feel. There are different room options depending on your needs. I was traveling solo and stayed in a fun loft-style bedroom with the bed elevated near the ceiling—quirky and cozy. The operational manager was professional, quick to respond, and genuinely welcoming. You really feel looked after here. The kitchen is fully equipped, sockets are plentiful, and everything is kept spotless. It doesn’t feel like a rental—it feels like home. The location couldn’t be better: right in the center, near a large church, and just five minutes from a supermarket. You’re also within the old fortress walls, which gives it a special atmosphere. The bathroom is beautiful, and they’ve thoughtfully provided a range of shower products. They even did my laundry without me thinking to ask. This place combines style, comfort, and real hospitality. I left feeling well-rested and grateful—definitely a five-star stay in my book.

ItalyUnfortunately there were many places we found dust like behind the TV's, inside the cabinets on the kitchen weren't cleaned completely, also inside the drawers where the cutlerly were a little dirty. And then one of the floor's room wasn't vacuumed it had hair and dirt. But that's all.
The location was great cause it was exactly in front of the bus stop that we wanted to take to go to Terminillo, we payed just 1 € per each one of us (that was for the taxes), then we got the basic supplies on the bathroom like toilet paper, shampoo, gel shower, towels. On our rooms we got a tv, wardrobe. On the chitcken we got a lot of supplies for cooking. However I really suggest this place.
