We had a problem with dishwasher so we to clean plates during stay and it ruined a bit our feeling.

The location was perfect. Less than 1 km to piazza di poppolo and Spanish steps. Easily can walk there. Close the tevere river and the area is full of good restaurants and bars. The apartment was really good but some stuff need to be fixes. It was a price fit.. the apartment was really clean and had all the facilities needed for family, we felt at home. Robert was very helpful and helped us in whatever we asked for

We couldn't find the actual entrance, that's a bit strange. And the bathroom is a bit small.

Amazing location and people are working here. The general atmosphere is very friendly and flexible, with free coffee and water all the time.

The beds are not soft and the shower a bit small (overall for a big person like me).

The staff was amazingly attentive and smiling, which makes a big bonus when travelling around Europe.

Excellent location and value for money. All facilities you need, including nespresso. Very comfortable bed, better than more expensive hotels. Good deep shower cubicle, which didn't leak on bathroom floor (like many hotels). Lots of excellent cafes and restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner.

We had reserved two superior rooms and one single room which appeared to be called the Annex room. When we arrived we found out that Annex is actually the name of the building which was in a different location. The buildings are connected with a courtyard but the owner would not give us the key to open the connecting gate. so some of my family members had to walk almost 3 blocks to reach the building their room was at. When I insisted that we had reserved 3 rooms and had asked to be near each other, specifically 2 superior rooms, he pretended not to speak any Englsh and gave us keys to the rooms that he had chosen. besides having to deal with a very rude owner, the air conditioner in one of the rooms would make a very loud banging noise throughout the night, the key he gave us to the building did not open the door and he kept insisting that it works even after one of his workers gave it a try and told him the same thing. The only positive thing was the cleaning lady that was very nice and kept our rooms tidy. This was not our first trip to Rome and I had never had to deal with such a terrible person before. Lastly, the listing sais that the rooms have patios, but that is false. The only outdoor space is the courtyard connecting the buildings. Needless to say we will not be staying there again. If you must stay at this place as a big group, remember that Annex is a building in a different location

The guest is a lot different from the photos, rooms are very small and reception small with no staff members. The AC in one of the rooms was not working properly, and the temperature the lowest it went was 22 degrees, which it is shame during July weather.

The picture shows a beautiful courtyard with well-tended plants. In reality, the courtyard is not swept very often and looks like it needs a clean up. The room was blank, no personality, you wouldn't know you are in Italy. It was our first trip to Italy and our first night in the country and I just wanted more. We were not offered breakfast.

The location of Cola Di Rienzo Suite Guest House is perfect!! The neighborhood is wonderful, both for walking, shopping, restaurants, and metro stops for heading out to different sights. I also thought the staff were friendly. They answered all our questions, gave recommendations, and offered refillable water for our personal bottles.

The room smelled like cigarettes when we walked in. I know Europe is a cigarette filled place but it was very off putting. The bed felt like a piece of plywood, it was so hard and uncomfortable. AC restrictions had the room being very hot so it would’ve been nice if they had extra fans on hand. Also no steamer/iron available for use was a huge bummer.
