Clean, spacious and comfortable. Clear check-in instructions. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Our room was I think even wheelchair accessible which is very nice. We like accessible design :)

Only thing I would say is, that our room with windows on the street was noisy, we heard buses, trash taking cars and so on, but you can’t have everything, most probably other rooms were much quiter if windows were on other side

Everyone and everything was perfect.

The breakfast was amazing the young lady went above and beyond accommodating our breakfast needs . The staff was super friendly and very informative. The location is superb as is only few steps away from the train station and in the centre of Codroipo. The room was very modern and very well decorated The restaurant is two steps away and the meals were superb.

Everything about this place is great. Person who was there to meet us, location, the room and even the cleaning lady we met. If I will ever need a place to stay in that part of Italy I will be here again.

Hosts was very friendly and gave us a lot information what to see around Codroipo and other cities near by also recomended what to see and where to eat in Venice. Hotel room - was everyday cleaned and smells nice. In the bathroom you can find soap and shower gel. Conditioner in the room works very good. Breakfast was very good, everyday fresh fruits, yoghurt, croissant, juice, various ham, fresh bread toast, hard boiled eggs. We very recomend this hotel!

No private parking, had to park in a supermarket parking lot, our car got scrached multiple times as Italians don’t seem to be careful when opening the doors of their car. The shower cabin was falling apart. Insulation not ideal, could hear other guest outside on the corridor and when opening/ closing their doors.

Room was perfect, shower was great, bed was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated, also had air on which was amazing as it was 38 degrees on the town when we were there. Cannot say enough about how lovely the staff were, the woman who was serving breakfast went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. At some point when I was working outside she even brought me a plate of melon before leaving for the day.
