Quite literally everything. The staff was PHENOMENAL. The breakfast was amazing, we wouldn’t miss one during the stay. I’ve already told friends and family about our stay. We loved the suites & the staff so so much.

This is in the absolute heart of Florence. So close to many of the historic sites. Yet whisper quiet when the windows were shut!

The hotel was in the perfect location-steps away from the Duomo and Uffizi. Despite being in the heart of everything, the rooms were large and they were very sound proofed!! The breakfast was excellent as was the service. Perfect stay

No temperature control in the room. Central air conditioning isn’t on until later in the Spring, so room gets a little warm to sleep. If the loud noise outside does not bother you, the large windows can be opened.

In the heart of the historical center. Very vibrant area. Regina and the entire staff were wonderful and attentive. The breakfast was incredible. Omelete, eggs, bacon, cheeses, cold cuts, pastries, fresh fruits, juices, sweet and savory options. The best we had in all of Italy. Can’t wait to go back!

Central, very beautiful, lovely view, room looked very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Such an amazing experience. It was tge 8th of March, so celebrating International women’s Day and they have offered my wife a lovely mimosa bouquet.

Everything was perfect, and all the needed things was available without asking for it.

The location in perfect, the room was incredible and the breakfast fast is very cozy and beautiful in addition to the food available it was really delicious.

The hotel is in the very center, but with the windows closed it is very quiet and you can sleep peacefully. Very comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Amazing breakfast. Thank you very much to the staff, they helped to solve different issues with a smile. Recommend!

The only thing that I would like to improve is the verity of the breakfast, I stayed for 3 night and it was always the same.

What an amazing property, one only best ever stays in a Hotel. The suit is spectacular, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. Highly recommend.
