The location alone was great, being right in the center it was so easy to get around and pop in and out of the hotel whenever we wanted. Regina and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and was a great size. Good facilities, coffee maker, hair dryer, safe, steamer (ask at reception). The breakfast was fresh and really nice.

The room / bathroom could use some paint retouches as well as the carpet in the corner at the corridor that led to my room, that was become detached from the floor… but nothing terrible.

The room was very nice. We got a room facing the back patio that was very quiet considering the buildings is in the middle of Florence. The bed is delicious. Staff is great. If you can avoid driving a car into Florence’s downtown area, I really recommend it; it’s chaotic and streets are very narrow. But if you end up taking a car, the staff will help you get it picked up at the front door of the building to be taken to a garage.

Everything was fantastic

Regina was excellent from check in to check out and was on hand for any info we required for the duration of our stay, her restaurant recommendations were perfect too. Our room and bathroom were both incredibly clean and comfortable and spacious enough to not feel cramped, despite the hotels central location. Breakfast was fantastic. We couldn't have been better placed to access all of the main sights on foot. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a hotel in Florence.

The breakfast buffet, allthough plentiful and diversified with quality food, should not be tucked behind acrylic glas. We should get over the hysteria of covid-19 and go back to normal.

Unbeatable location between The Duomo and Piazza della Signoria, flawless premises overall, room with loads of charm and view to the Calzaiuoli Street.

breakfast could be more diverse, we stayed for 3 nights and most of the days it was the same food. i, personally, did not like the division of the room: bathtub in the middle, shower not in the same space as the toilets

the room is very spacious and comfortable, full of amenities. the shower is awesome, great pressure of water and temperature. the air conditioning is suuuper, the weather was hot and we could perfectly cool the room. overall, amazing experience! the location is superb

we liked everything but finding it wasn’t easy as it is located in a street where cars aren’t allowed. Our suggestion is to park by yourself (Michael Angelo garage was about 600 m away) and walk to the hotel
