Only negative was the wifi and reception - barely had any and this was difficult in using the internet or making calls.

This property was fantastic to stay at! The location was incredible, a short walking distance to everything. ar con, comfortable beds, luxury bathtub. host was also lovely.

Sometimes the elevator did not work. The bed was a bit too firm. Needed extra pillows.

Beautiful, elegant decor. Comfortable chairs. The AC in the bedroom was perfect. It had many outlets in the bedroom. The “rain shower” was amazing. The coffee service was a nice touch. We appreciated that we could leave our luggage before and after check-in and feel secure.

The location was amazing, every important place is a 5 to 15 mins walk. The room was clean and the bathroom was modern, I loved it. If I’ll go back I’ll def stay there.

The location of this accomodation is amazing, the major highlights are in a short walk distance. The room was very clean and spacious. We had a late check in due to our plane delay but they were waiting for us and they were very understanding. I can highly recommend this place!

Actually everything was great! The location amazing, you can walk to any place easily, the entire room and common area were very beautiful and suited Florence style, which keeps you in the atmosphere of the city all the time. staff is great as well, very helpful and nice. I will recommend this to my friends and when I decide to come back? I know where to stay.

if you want to stay in Florence, this is the place to stay in the historical centre, you are only 3 mins from Uffizi. The apartment was fantastic as was our host’s Duccio and Marcia.

Property doesn’t offer breakfast, but there’s a shared kitchen where you can prepare your own, and there’s a great coffee shop right next door.

We would say, a better internet/ WiFi connection in our apartment. It was very poor. That was the only inconvenience we had. The other things were very good.

First and foremost, the lady who hosted us was very friendly and warm. We liked the location and the old vibes in the apartment. It was comfortable.

Needs a better coffee maker. Someone (another guest, perhaps) broke the coffee maker, which is clunky to use. Perhaps a bit expensive, but for the season (late June) I thought it was reasonable.

Large bedroom, good-sized bath. Great location. Picture is a good representation of the room. One can shut the street noise out by closing the window.

was a little difficult to find because there is two sets of number and there is not a ringer so you need to call but if you dont have good reception - being surrounded by all these buildings my reception was zero- you need to find wifi connection. I ended having to go th=o the restaurant next door and order food and hook to their wifi

i guess the location although it is a tourist trap and quite loud in the evening but if you close the window it is OK
