The hotel has a great location, it is in the city centre but in the quiet place es well.. Staff is so helpful and attentive. Everything clean and comfortable. Interior is very nice as well. Breakfast is so dilicious, especially yummy croissants 😍😍

The location was easily accessible to the water bus station which made it easier to travel to and fro. Though there were only 5 guests altogether for breakfast, the service was excellent. The room had a canal view.

We had no complaints whatsoever.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We needed to check in early as one in our group was feeling ill. They cheerfully allowed us to check in early. The attention to detail was impressive and when staff shifted, the new person at the desk was well informed of our needs, including a 3 am water taxi pick up for a 6 am flight out of Venice. We were thrilled with our stay and hope to return soon.

This late in the year ( October 20, 2023)they had already switched the cooling system to winter mode, so it was quite warm stuffy in the rooms. This led to opening of the windows for ventilation, and of course the introduction of many mosquitoes into the room.. Not the hotels fault by any means just a downside of being in Venice.

The hotel location itself is close to St marks Square and easy walk. The breakfast is adequate and staff are very attentive. The room itself is average size for European small hotels. Given the hotel is only fifteen rooms, they aren't able to invest in modernizing the facility but it is still charms as old world.

We noticed an unpleasant smell in the first floor common areas during much of our stay.

We loved the location, view from our room window and excellent breakfast. We also enjoyed the historical aspects of the building.

Having to hand the key in each time u went out as I felt bad waking the poor man up at 5.45am so I could get out of the hotel to see the sunrise, the bathroom was very cramped but generally I would stay here again

Very close to hospital. Take the ferry from airport and get down at hospital. 7 mins walk to hotel. Excellent location. Marco Polo square is few minutes walk.

Our room was a bit on the smaller side and the bed was quite short - my partner who is tall could have done with a bit more space, as his legs were sticking off the end of the bed. Some minor things could be updated such as the coffee machine at breakfast which required you to press it about 20 times to get one mug of coffee.

This hotel is located in a beautiful courtyard in Venice, surprisingly quiet given its proximity to St Marks Square. The hotel is traditionally decorated. The staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful with every aspect of our stay. The room was tidy and clean and maintained to a good standard. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of foods and a lovely view over the canal. There is a good selection of restaurants and cafes nearby. The view from our room was lovely in the mornings overlooking the canal and really added to our enjoyment of Venice. We would return here if we visit Venice again, and recommend to friends and family.

The only thing we didn’t like as much was having to leave our key at the front desk every time we left our room.

Our stay was as good as a three star hotel should be. All of the staff were friendly and available 24 hours. There’s no elevator but the use of the luggage lift was very much appreciated. Breakfast was good.

The rooms where excellent, great size and comfortable. They also had great size of storage and the bathrooms where excellent, not like other hotels in Venice. Breakfast was great and dining room was beautiful.

Excellent host, very helpful. Room was enormous and very regal. Excellent location only a stones throw from the airport water ferry/alilaguna stop and a short stroll to St. Mark's square. Perfect location with restaurants and gondolas literally on the doorstep. Air conditioning was very welcome during the hot weather.

Lift was lousy ...it only goes up to 1st floor, if your room is on the 2nd or 3rd floor, you hv to carry the luggages down the stairs which was very difficult. Room size was pretty small especially if you are travelling from far and hv many luggages. These are the only set back for this hotel.
