Very pleasant place. Anna and Massimo's care made us feel at home. They really thought of everything :) Excellent breakfast. Beautiful and quiet beach about 15 minutes by car. Excellent restaurants nearby. We would love to come back if we have chance.

I have probably spent close to a thousand nights of my life so far in different hotels of different categories in different parts of the world - from world class 5* to small, family run hostels and the hospitality we received here was one of the best I have ever experienced. For instance, the owners organized a (free) Aperó for all the guests of the hotel with local specialties and wine one night as a get together and people stayed until 1.30 am just chatting. We got an upgrade as we brought our little baby and were invited to try out the SPA in the morning without further conditions. Needless to say we were treated with great friendliness and politeness all the time, the hotel is beautiful, close to the beach and has an awesome budget pizza place right next door for a snack at night. We would definitely come back and can only say thank you to Ana and Massimo for the awesome experience.

The property is beautiful and very cosy. You feel at home! The owners are fantastic! Very kind, attentive and always willing to help with bookings and tips. Property located in a peaceful and little town, near to many nice beaches. For sure we will return soon!

Without GPS the building is a bit hard to find. Parking is in a public parking area. It was safe, but not on location of the building.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The host was amazing: wonderful breakfast and gave us suggestions for sightseeing. The courtyard for the rooms were private for the guests, spacious and beautiful. Great value for the price. Feels like a private get-away.

The hotel is very nice decorated up to every little detail. The owners, Anna and Massimo, are the best hosts you will ever meet. They really made our stay incredible! Every day a very nice and extensive breakfast is served in the common room.

The property was incredible. The decor is beautiful and has stunning features. It was also spotlessly clean. The most amazing Hosts. they even got us anniversary gifts as we spent our first wedding anniversary here. we cannot wait to go back. Thank you for everything x

everything was EXCELLENT!!

best place to stay!! highly recommended, excellent rooms, comfortable beds, extraordinary hosts, excellent style… we were spoiled by Massimo and Anna! they organized dinner and wine tasting which was excellent and not expensive… breakfast was delicious with traditional food and great coffee! and Maya (their dog) was also nice company for our kids. I would definitely stay again with them. the beaches close by are really beautiful (only 5 km distance from Gemini)

Everything was perfect. Anna and Massimo have created such a homely place. They organized a dinner with local dishes and wine tasting. Besides that, they were really helpful, funny and friendly - we got to become part of the local culture. The room was great with private terrace. It‘s a good mix between traditional and modern. The whole place is clean to the T. We loved staying here.

The accomodation is actually a traditional place with an internal courtyard, rooms are on different floors and very particular. They have also a splendid roof terrace and a very cosy semi underground spa with steam room and sauna.. really romantic !. The common areas are full of antiques or special local and traditional objects like pottery, vases, bicycles and even an original Vespa scooter. The hosts Anna and Massimo are lovely, welcoming and very attentive, they made our stay much better with their suggestions of places to go and visit, eat and other activities such as horse riding on the beach - a must! They even offer to cook for u local prime meat which was delicious ( for those who had enough of fish...) Breakfast is also fantastic: local fruit, tomatoes, cheeses and pastries... with all extra yogurt juices and coffees The actual place is on a small sleepy town only 15-30 mins by car from the various beaches and main tourist town such as Gallipoli or Santa Maria di Leuca etc. Overall great experience. We will go back.

Wonderful stay at a truly boutique hotel. The pictures on Booking.com do not do the hotel justice. Each room seems to have its own unique perks, we stayed in the Queen suite and really enjoyed the spa access this included. Lovely, friendly and really helpful hosts which made our stay even better. Hotel located in a lovely traditional Italian village. Throughly recommend staying here.
