Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was brilliant, only thing that needed tweaking was the shower overflows a little as both shower heads run at the same time and hairdryer plug point doesn’t stay in the wall - you have to hold it in the wall with one hand or it turns off. Other than those very small things - it was great!
The room was newly refurbished so everything was brand new to a very high decorative standard. Super comfy bed and a very large jacuzzi bath which was fab after a long day of travelling. Loved the old fashioned lift and the traditional high ceilings. Lovely lady on reception was very helpful, looked after our luggage and nothing was too much trouble.

Clean and modern room, tastefully furnished. The property is located in a strategic spot from which we could always comfortably walk to explore the city. The automatic access was convenient for those arriving late in the evening. We will definitely return if we come back to Naples.

Have to pay for the elevator, bed is very firm, check in and check out is located in a separated building about a 6 minute walk away.
Modern amenities, balcony, fully stocked bathroom.

The area was not the best of Naples. Also, parking can be solved for clients.
Bathtub was nice. Bed was comfortable. Room was modern and new.

Nothing to complain about.
It was a very good property, located at walking distance for tourists to explore Naples. We loved the room and the bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi is fantastic as well. Initially i was hesitant about having the tub in a room, but there is no dampness or smell even with a working jacuzzi in the room. Fridge was stocked and prices reasonable

Noisy neighbors, but you get used to that after a few days in Naples. Or just keep a closed window.
Comfortable bed, spacious closet. Modern bathroom and shower. The hot tub was exceptional. Location is perfect, close to the port and the historic center.

Very supportive empathetic informed staff; easy reachable by WhatsApp responding promptly even after working hours. Authentic tasty breakfast on a beautiful terrace with picturesque view on a harbor. Beautiful modern design of the rooms and the hall. A great safe certral location, it is highly recommended!

Breakfast was poor.
Amazing jakuzzzi, the room very stylish. The view on the rooftop where the breakfast was served! The stuff is very friendly!

Everything was great, very comfortable room, relaxing and nicely renovated. The bathroom is a great plus, with a large bathtub. Very good location, we had room service for free every day, they were very careful and nice. Really recommend staying here!

Was hard to find - need to make it clearer on your site that Cortese and Cortese Suite are two separate properties 10m walk apart and there are no facilities in the Suite apart from the rooms themselves (3) whereas in the Cortese there is a reception area and small roof terrace for drinks / breakfast -you have to go to the Cortese to check-in and get access to Cortese Suite which is a little tricky to locate first-time! (Its a charming old bulding though and rooms are well furnished)
Well appointed comfortable room, great bed & spa bath. In an old building near the port in Naples so well located for island hopping though a bit away from the historical district

Didn't get the proper address for the office which is a few blocks away so were meandering around lost for a bit. However the receptionist came to the rescue which was great.
Great room Comfy bed, Spa and shower was excellent Had a great sleep once we discovered the duvet cover on a shelf! Was nice and quiet too which is hard to find in central Naples
