The key to the door was a little wonky but it worked, just took a lot of turning.

Daily breakfast was incredible. The room was spotless every time we came back from an excursion. The care and attention to everything was exceptional. We are grateful to our wonderful hosts, Maricar & Karla. You wouldn't ask for better.

The property was lovely as were the staff. It was exactly as pictured and incredibly clean. The property is located less than 5 minutes from the Metros A line allowing easy access to the city centre. The breakfast included was great and the complementary drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome! Incredibly pleased

There is not enough storage space in the room. We would have been happy if there was a shelf in the bathroom for our things. For us, as those who came for 3 nights, there was enough space for clothes. But for a longer stay it could be not enough

The most surprising thing was the sterile cleanliness, the cleaning was impeccable. Free breakfasts and drinks were offered, the taste was amazing. The hosts were very understanding and cared about the comfort of their guests as much as possible.

Everything is new, just like in the pictures, and Maricar is truly amazing. She handled everything so well, and helped us with our needs during our stay. It was clean, spacious, just as depicted in photos. Lovely. Found a warm fluffy blanket. Terrace was nice to eat on, and protected me from the rain shower. The hosts were friendly and arranged a taxi to airport in early morning with a send along breakfast. There was fresh water, juice in fridge as well as Peroni. The only bnb that provided this for me.

I would like to share my great experience staying at Cuma Suites in Rome. This accommodation impressed me from the very beginning with its excellent location – it’s very close to the historic center, which allowed us to easily explore the city's beauty on foot or by public transport. It is two metro stops from the center and the bus goes directly from the apartment to the Coloseum. The room was absolutely perfect, very clean, and well-maintained. The check-in and check-out process was clear and convenient – everything was straightforward and easy. Another big plus was the excellent and clear communication with the host, who was very helpful and always quick to respond to our questions. What I would especially like to highlight is the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were also surprised by the great breakfast we received for free. The only minor downside I would mention was the lack of storage space in the room. Since we stayed for 5 days, we would have appreciated a bit more room for our belongings. But it had no effect on our overall impression. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at Cuma Suites and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay in the heart of Rome. If we will go to Rome next time, Cuma Suites will definitely be our first choice.

A very nice stay if you are looking to stay in a calm place in Rome, but with very good connection to public transport. Perfect service, very very kind and serving people working there, always ready to help and just very good organised for the arrival and departure. Very clean appartment with cleaning service every day! The typical italian balcony just adds a lot of charm to the appartment! Bathroom is also very modern and everything in a good state! A big thanks to the staff that was so nice and that organised a last minute transfer to the airport for our departure! We would go back there for sure!

We had a wonderful experience at Cuma Suites. The staff were incredibly friendly and even offered us free breakfast, which was a lovely surprise. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The location is peaceful and quiet, though a bit further from the main attractions. However, it's well-connected by public transport or perfect for those who enjoy walking. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay, and if we return to Rome, we’ll definitely choose Cuma Suites again. It made for an unforgettable vacation!
