Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Arab EmiratesThey don’t have room cleaning service every day since is not a hotel concept. Our floor was dusty and not to much clean when we checked in. Other than that there’s nothing much to say.
Brand new rooms, nice decor, comfy facilities and located very close from the main sides of the city by tram. It’s 15’ away from the Milano central train station by tram or bus. You can message the team which is available all the time just in case you are facing some issues during the self check in or check out. Quiet area free of noises from the night life. Restaurants and supermarkets are around the area

IraqRoom cleanliness was disappointing—despite our request, the bathroom wasn't cleaned. Unasulated windows! Also, the bathroom window had only a thin, see-through curtain, which provided no privacy when using the bathroom at night.
The hotel is located near shops, cafes and close to the tram station.

IsraelDo not book under any circumstances! Don't let the printed terrazzo showers buy you. We got a room with a level of cleanliness of a central station, a strong smell of cigarettes, windows that isolate noise like cellophane, and, as a bonus, pee in/on the toilet (swear I✋🏼). I personally got sick from one night in this place.
Honestly nothing

SwitzerlandIn making my booking, I put parking as my first filter, and naturally assumed that the resulting list contained hotels that had parking. It turned out that not only does this hotel not have a parking it is impossible to park in front of it. There is no reception either. The person on the phone directed me to a parking, which looked unsecure. They asked me to leave my car keys. So I had to look for a public parking in the middle of the night, carried our luggage from the parking to the hotel, and paid a significant amount for parking.

United KingdomThe big negative is noise, from three sources: a) street traffic and trams. The rooms are on the first floor, close to the noise. b) a bar across the street which had loud announcements on a loudspeaker all evening and c) my room (6) is directly above permanently fixed outside tables for a McDonalds, where a group of people chatted and laughed loudly at 4am. Closing the windows reduced the noise level sharply, but those who like to have a window open for air will need to bring effective earplugs. My room also suffered from a putrid odor which I believe resulted from trapped organic matter in the shower drain. The general standard of cleaning was fine but this odor, which may need a plumber to fix, was overlooked. I alerted the management and hopefully the problem is now resolved. The in-room refrigerator did not work for the first two days of my stay. Eventually this was fixed.
The location is convenient for the city centre and the neighborhood has some good restaurants and a lively farmers' market on Saturdays. The fittings and furniture are new and the room was spacious for the money. Room-darkening curtains kept out the abundant street light at night. Access was straightforward and the manager responsive when I raised problems. This is not a hotel so for storing luggage on your day of departure you will need to use a left-luggage service at the station or elsewhere in town.
