We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PolandI highly reccommend a visit in Dada Suite. The contact with the owner is really good. The location is perfect - near the most popular street via Toledo. It was really important that we felt very safe due to localization in the city center. We don’t have to use metro or bus (except visit in Pompei) because every attraction was really close to each other. In conclusion, it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you, Dada Suite :)

Right when you get into the neighborhood you can feel the authenticity of it, the vibe was amazing The host had a great communication with us, he was kind and clear with the instructions to get into the room. The whole place was clean and fresh, the city is very hot as it can be expected, so after a day of walking around it was so nice to get into Dada’s, I would definitely recommend this place to stay. As an extra, the balcony view was beautiful. There are great places to eat around, I would recommend Da María for the gnocchis and sette passi a chiaia everything was so delicious.

PortugalThe room is really comfortable and well-equiped. It has Air Conditioner, really important due to the Napoles summer high temperatures. Also, the host was really nice and helpful, asking immediatly to all the questions. It has a voucher for the breakfast located in a café about 200 meters away, wich included a drink (coffee, tea...) and some pastry item (croissant, donut...). In general I reccomend this place and its location for being near an active zone.

Bruno is a super host. Simple and uncomplicated arrangement via WhatsApp and check-in. If you have any questions, you can contact him at any time and he is always there to help you with great tips and tricks. The facilities and location were great. Everything clean and breakfast vouchers for a classic Italian breakfast in the cafe at the end of the street. It's a shame we were only here for two nights. Can only recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back again.
