There were a couple of ants in the bathroom, and the door to the balcony didn't slide up all the way, making entry and exit to the balcony a little difficult.

The room and bathroom were clean upon arrival and the entire stay was pleasant and comfortable. The staff made sure that the room was accessible and easy to locate.

It’s a little far out but you can walk from the tower to hotel in 50mins so aslong as you know this beforehand it isn’t a problem it’s also on a bus route

We really enjoyed our stay it was exactly as expected a bit more out of the centre but we knew this on booking we walked from the leaning tower with a pushchair a 9 and 11yr old took about 1hr. not a bad walk at all the curbs are not great for a pushchair but there was a path all along our route stopped for hot chocolate on the way. Our room was perfect especially for the price some areas a little worn but we weren’t expecting champagne on a beer budget. Beds really comfy and everything we needed including towels shampoo etc . Lovely coffee shop on the ground floor and a supermarket very similar to Lidl more or less next door. We took the number 14 bus the next day. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends looking for somewhere

No shop to buy milk or anything. No toilet seat! A bare pan is very cold on your rear! Some internal noise, as walls not well insulated.

The table was not pretty clean and there were missing shampoo and soap in the bathroom.

The check in process is pretty simple as the given instructions are very clear. The room is in a very good location and there is a nice little pretty caffe near the location. Also there is a pharmacy and market very close.

Not much space and the AC was not making the room cool. Although the booking confirmation says that the city taxes are included in the price, the owner wants it in cash and says it wasn't deducted from the card.

There was no WIFI in the room for the duration of our stay. We wrote to the staff on WhatsApp and they responded quite quickly but nothing they suggested worked. Then they said that no other guests had complaints and did not do anything further. Also the shower in our room was quite worn.

The comforts were not enough. The fridge was not working properly. No glasses were provided for tea/coffee making. The place was not cleaned daily. Much of unnecessary safety coded door entries. Worst internet connection.
