The wifi could be better but it was usable.

The breakfast & the happy hour were such a bonus as were the still/sparkling water machines and other amenities in the little kitchen area. This is a lovely & very comfortable hotel. The staff was great, very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is just steps from the bus and from many good restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend the Hotel David highly.

Spotlessly clean, the rooms and public spaces are immaculate. Staff are a credit to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble, the service wasn’t rushed and they appeared to genuinely be happy to be there!

The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff is perfectly friendly and responsive, the room is big and nice. Tourist and non-tourist bus stop is very close, parking is available. Coffee and tea are in the lobby 24 hrs.

This hotel was fabulous. Could not fault it. Comfy bed, large bathroom, wonderful staff, beautiful garden to sit in the the evening for Happy Hour. Bus right outside the door. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Staff were incredibly friendly and answered every question and request with a smile. The happy hour was very generous and a great time to talk with other guests. Breakfast was excellent and, again, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful helpful staff from reception to Marcella in the excellent breakfast buffet. Parking on site was free and easy with our large van. Complementary happy hour with drinks and food All day coffee tea sodas. Bus stop out the front to Ponte Vecchio Highly recommended

The box for this part of the review says "write 2 or 3 sentences." That doesn't do justice to this wonderful place. We stayed 3 nights at the beginning of our trip to Tuscany, and another 1 night at the end of our trip. 2 different rooms, both wonderful. The location, the rooms, the staff - all 10+.

Best stay in Florence! Wonderful breakfast, room was extremely spacious and very comfortable. Staff were super friendly! Safe parking space, quiet rooms, absolutely perfect.

The location was perfect since we had a car and were able to park it in the hotel’s parking area and we could either walk or grab a taxi at the stand very close to the hotel. Rooms were great as were the breakfast and happy hour every day.

Our room was toward the road and the motorbikes were quite noisy until about 1 am. Would have liked a medium pillow as well but just my personal choice .

The breakfast and social hour was great. We felt very welcome. Was given a nice bottle of wine for our anniversary which was extremely thoughtful. The front desk gave great information about the area. Biggest shower we've had in Italy as well!

I did not care for the pillows. They need an upgrade! The rest was outstanding.

Great location just across the river from the crowds, so quiet and lovely. Room was spacious, and they had lots of amenties, like a great breakfast, free aperitivo, coffee and drinks. The staff were professional and exceptionally corteous. Well done!
