Very spacious, roomy, airy. The design was modern and the facilities all new/ renovated! Location was INCREDIBLE, literally down the street from the Pantheon!

Slightly tricky to enter, but Ulrich was very helpful and sorted us out in no time. A little noisy, as you would expect for a central location, so if you sleep lightly pack your earplugs. Hardly noticeable if you can sleep with the windows shut.

The main door was difficult to find. The street name given did not match the official name so our taxi had difficulty helping us find the location. It would be great if a side street reference point were more expressly stated. Otherwise, we loved the apartment!

Such a convenient location and the air conditioning was a real lifesaver in the heat. The housekeeper was amazing.

The property was really nice. They have a digital option for keys, but also old school for people with out Wifi. Very funky environment. The host was always available via whatsapp and super friendly. Great location too!

A Hidden Gem! Very retro accommodation, very spacious room and facilities. We loved our stay! Super central, walking distance to all the main attractions, cafes & gelato!!! Great communication and loved our spa :) Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location! Within walking distance of everything. Room super comfortable and clean, we loved every minute of it and would definitely stay here again. They also must have known it was my birthday because when we got back to the room that evening there was a bottle of prosecco and glasses on the bed for us! Was such a lovely gesture. Thanks guys we loved that :) Also the hosts let us leave our cases in the property on the last day after check out as we had some time to kill before our flight home which helped us massively! All in all perfect stay, couldn't fault it at all.

The keyless entry and lack of receptionist/any staff made it hard to get in and out of the hotel. The keyless entry app was not reliable enough for us - you had to be able to connect to the internet to use it and there was very little phone service or wifi connection by the front door. No receptionist meant it was hard to keep lobby water/coffee stocked and not an option to knock to get in if the app didn't work. But again, the price of this hotel is a lot lower than many in this area and I realize that part of what makes that possible is the lack of onsite staff.

The hotel had a super modern almost space age look that you could tell the owner put a lot of work into achieving. Our room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a full bar in the lobby where you could make your own cocktails for a fair price (recipes included), which was fun. We met the owner who was extremely nice and helpful as were the cleaners who came by to clean our rooms daily. For the area the price was really great too, we were so happy to be steps from the Pantheon! Amazing location really.

The ultra modern style of the rooms was not particularly to our taste, but that is a matter of style. All was very functional, if not the entry to building and room lighting system, a little confusing as a bit complicated. Lack of 'how to get there' details, for once we arrived in Rome - so had hassle to find it from the airport. Hopefully the owner has addressed this now.

A very large room and bathroom, with a big bed and a spa bath. Location was absolutely brilliant, close to the Pantheaon and lots of café/bars/restaurants on your doorstep. Easy to contact, accessible, friendly, generous owner. Bright room with good facilities, honesty bar in the communal area and lots of tourist info.

Poor soundproofing between floors. While there was no noise coming from the walls, I could hear loud footsteps and conversations from the apartment above. The noise continued until close to midnight everyday and I had trouble falling asleep until it stopped. Don't think they were yelling or running. It was more due to the poor (old?) construction quality of the building.

Great location. Walking distance to many attractions. Bus stops of several routes are also nearby if you want to venture further outside or feel too tired even for short walks. The photos are 100% honest. You will get exactly what you see.

Good location, close to all attractions, close to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain, 20 minutes walk to the Coliseum, very convenient. All issues were sorted via WhatsApp. I recommend it.
