Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AzerbaijanThe surface of the kitchen table requires additional coating.
There is everything you need for your stay, the kitchen is equipped with a big refrigerator. We asked for a kettle and the owner has provided a new one the same day. There is an elevator available - no problem with luggage.

RomaniaThe apartaments are located in center of Casier and you have everything close by: bus station, supermarket, restaurants, farmacy, etc. Casier is a very nice and coquet and you can experience living like locals. The buses to Treviso are every 30 min (the last one is around 8 pm) but there is also taxies. Clean, good appartment with all the amenities.

CanadaIt was filthy. We were disgusted. The doors, doorknobs, windows and cupboards looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I’m adding many pictures so you can judge for yourself. The towels and sheets felt like sandpaper. We didn’t walk barefoot or touched a door or handle without a tissue. For a family of 3 staying for 4 nights, we were given 1 and 1/2 toilet paper roll and absolutely no tissue. There were 3 miniature bottles of shampoo and no soap. Good thing there was a supermarket close by for us to go buy our own toilet paper, soap and tissues. Oh and don’t worry, there is hot water, you just have to let the shower run for 5 to 10 minutes before it reaches the pipes. The air conditioner has definitely seen better days and was having a hard time. The spiders were very welcoming as were the ants that came to visit under the bedroom window. The host contacted me the night prior to departure and asked me to leave him a good review. I didn’t answer him because I didn’t know where to even begin. It’s too bad I could only put 4 photos. I didn’t have any of the lobby and outside so I put pictures of the inside. There’s soooo much you cannot see.
The building was okay. The apartment itself had good space. The kitchen had enough dishes and cutlery. It is conveniently located next to a supermarket just a few minutes away. A large bottle of water was in the refrigerator when we arrived. The host contacted me ahead of time to facilitate our self check in.

HungaryUnfortunately, this was not the quality we expected based on the pictures, description, rating and name (design - now I know it referred to the minimalist kind - no real warderobe, drawer, no decoration at all, for us the whole apartment looked really unfriendly :(). The main problem was that the wall between the main bedroom and the bathroom is moulded, not just a little bit, all the part where the waterpipes might go were wet/with saltpetre, I guess. That is why there is a strong, unpleasant smell in the whole apartment. Also you need to wait very long minutes for warm (or even lukewarm) water in the bathroom. In the rooms there is very little space to pack things. Another problem was that the street was very noisy - and the airconditioner that is in the hallway doesn't really cool the two bedrooms (and would do so only if you kept the doors open...), not to mention the living room where my son slept on the sofa in 31 degrees. So it's either hot or so noisy that you wake up really often during the night. The kitchen has also the bare minimum equipment. The sheets were all right but the blankets on beds were not clean, there were cobwebs all around the place, some doors were stained... not what you expect at a 8,8 rated accomodation. I am sure all these things can be improved with some care and attention. It is a pity, because I think with some careful, userfriendly attitude this place could be turned into a really good place to stay.
The host was kind, flexible and easy to communicate with and the check in was smooth, the free parking is near the building. The beds were comfortable (the sofa not so much, but it was ok for three nights).

IrelandThere was no body mirror in the room. This is something that women miss a lot, especially when we are traveling for tourism and want to check out the look. As it is a more remote environment, I believe that a TV with access to YouTube would also be interesting to watch at the end of the day. I found the garbage a little confusing with the ones we use here in our country, but I organized it anyway and let the owner know.
I liked the environment because it was very clean. A silent building, made for those looking to really relax.

LatviaEverything is fine
Contactless check-in, attentive, friendly owner, gave detailed instructions for settling. Stayed for 4 nights, the apartment is clean, comfortable with everything you need. The house has an elevator, the yard is very beautiful, there are many flowers. Near the house there is a large parking lot, a place was always found. Good starting point for visiting Treviso & Venice. Padua, Cittadella, Bassano del Grappa, Castelfranco Veneto & Asolo also reachable after a short drive. Cathedral with picturesque river promenade is located nearby. Beautiful path along Sile river to Treviso with wooden bridges along the way is starting near the cathedral. Beautiful riverside village of Casale Sul Sile also worth visiting.
