No soap (hand or shower), a lack of indications/communication at our arrival, and an overall lack of hot water in the shower, which was a recurring problem.

Autonomous check-in even at a late hour, convenient breakfast with a good range of choices, very clean flat with a great all-around balcony with a view. A very nice and accomodating host!

I asked about the parking even in my booking request, no information was provided. later I asked again what are their suggestions to not spend too much time and effort since it is not the easiest question in Naples, again no response. Only after some message from hotel side about the taxes and my reminder about the parking, they provided response. Check in information was also sent after reminder, not in the morning of arrival day as it was mentioned at the very beginning.

great location -20 min walk to the historical center, the garage for the car is in the next corner. Groceries and trattoria nearby. amazing view from the balcony. The breakfast was tasty but it was not served in the apparent, you have to take provided coupons and go to the bistro on the street.

While the venue itself was satisfactory, we unfortunately had a highly disappointing experience with the breakfast service. Despite being told that breakfast was included in our stay, we were provided with coupons to redeem at the cafeteria for a coffee and croissant. This was not what we had anticipated for a supposed breakfast inclusion. To make matters worse, the following day, we were not given any coupons at all. When we inquired about the breakfast situation, the staff at the cafeteria struggled to communicate in English. Attempting to explain our situation in Italian proved futile, and after a frustrating exchange, we were on the verge of leaving when they finally relented and begrudgingly provided us with a coffee and croissant. This was far from the satisfying breakfast experience we had hoped for during our stay. The lack of clarity and communication, coupled with the underwhelming offerings, left much to be desired. It was undoubtedly the worst breakfast we've encountered during our travels

I think the self check in information could have been a bit better. One email with all instructions would have been preferred rather than separate emails with various instructions, but I guess this may be due to security reasons. The TV was also not working, and the backdoor needed securing. There were some ants in the room, but the room was clean, so I am guessing it's just season related. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

It was a nice place. Staff was helpful with taxi and breakfast arrangements. Really lovely view, and shops very near, so we got our fresh fruits easily. You can walk less than half an hour to Dante if you prefer a stroll or take a bus right in front of the hotel.

There are planes passing on top of the house, this does not bother during the night, but just when sitting outside the balcony.

The hosts are friendly and kind, and happy to share useful information. Very nice view from the balcony, the location is a bit outside the city centre but this is a bonus for a bit of quietness and feeling closer to the local environment. AC is a plus in summertime.

We had to pay cash, which was inconvenient for me. The door nob from the main entrance was broken, and you couldn't close it without slamming it. And we found a pair of men's underwear in the hairdryer basket, so I'm guessing the cleanliness could have been more thorough.

The building is rather weirdly located, as I expected a hotel, and it's more like an Air BnB, but a very nice one. The hosts were amicable; the rooms were clean and comfortable, bathroom was huge and well-prepared. Breakfast is only pastry, sweet stuff and some fruits, FYI.

The breakfast is not the best.

The view is to die for from the 8th floor. The rooms are cozy and spacious. The host is a gracious and helpful woman who really helped us throughout the trip. It is also not far from the main attractions and very close to the catacombs which are a must see. The bus stop is less than 25 metres from the building and access is not a problem.

A really nice place run by a superb couple. I got all the help I needed to self-check in, and the room was clean and comfortable. The balcony of the room was under renovation, but I enjoyed the joint balcony available for all guests with a great view. Warmly recommend this place, value for money.

Wasn't expecting the top floor, single condo of a residential tower as hotel, but once inside it was cozy and relaxing with a nice common balcony. The internet in room 3 was spotty but blazing fast everywhere else. The shower pressure was lacking but updated bathrooms were a nice feature. Each room isn't soundproofed, so if you have noisy neighbors or constant in and out traffic from the front door you will hear them.

The internet was blazing fast. Just be careful not to get room 3 because it's the farthest from the router and will not get good reception. Their bathrooms are nice with updated fixtures. Relatively good value, I've never stayed in a hotel with such fast internet.

There is no handle on the front door so you need to use the key and a LOT of pressure to get the door open. I needed help to get in or out of the B&B. When I was trying to leave I was locked in. It’s on the 8th floor and the elevator is very small like it comfortably fits one person. A bit overpriced for the area singles should probably get a hotel or a hostel bed.

The museum district was interesting. Like 2 buses from the city center. The staff was responsive.
