Was quite hard to find it, as the sign isn't as prominent as the others. Google also has the address and pathing wrong. Make sure you look and locate the number and street.

Hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Room was very nice, spacious, and clean with a very nice little balcony with an amazing view of the sea. Has very nice included breakfast options. Bathroom was very nice with all the requisite hooks and toiletries. Room and overall facility had excellent cooling. Wifi worked well.

Unfortunately for me the room was incredibly small as was the balcony. The photos made it appear much larger than it actually was. I guess that's personal perception. I also felt we were left to our own devices a little and a little "welcome" as to where things are; a map etc would be really appreciated.

The property is well located for Piazza de Plebiscito and the "old" town of Naples whilst being close to the port and the seafront. It was clean and tidy and the breakfast offering (whilst we didn't take breakfast) looked good. There is also a small supermarket nearby.

Not that I didn’t like it, it was quite difficult to find and once inside the building still unsure on how to find it, but we managed too in the end!

The location was great, only a few minutes walk from everything you needed and wanted to see, right on the waterfront too. Our host was fabulous, very helpful, knowledgeable and lovely. The room was big, spacious and offered everything we needed.

Area, close to sea front and historic centre, choice of restaurants close by, short walk to bus tours start point. Owners were friendly and easy to contact eg flight delay meant a very late arrival, still met at the property on arrival :)

While the room was pretty, the layout and furniture were not ideal for our two small children (toddlers), although that’s not something that can really be helped so it’s understandable.

Great location close to the water. Building felt very safe and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was as expected and met our needs for a quick stay. Breakfast was delicious and they were able to provide a crib which was convenient.

Breakfasttime is very short and breakfast is not served early unless we ask for it the previous day. In the bathroom the waterflow is too strong and should be ajusted in the shower as well as at the tap.

The location is perfect and not too noisy. We are most welcome and feel at home thanks to the different people working there.

the decoration is over the top, and the breakfast is not a fresh one which is unfortunate. i was a bit disturbed by the blue light from the fire exit sign in the room, as it lit up the room quite a bit at night. but otherwise a comfortable room and bathroom.

Giulia, who welcomed us, deserves all the stars and thank you in this world. She was absolutely fantasic and went well beyond her way to help us-- when we checked in, our friend was with us as she was flying out later that day, and we were about to go explore the city center. Giulia offered to keep my friend's luggage with her and to deliver it to her in the historic center, so she could take a cab straight from there to the airport!! It was such a nice thing to do. ANd she also called for all our cabs to get around. What a gem!!!

TV didn't have international and kid channels. Internet connection was poor and it has been disconnecting regularly. No toilettries in the bathroom. Just shower cap. Matrasses were full of stains.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The location was great, a block from the waterfront. The room was very spacious with two balconies. Nice and quiet area. The towels were nice and plush. There was a lift and it was easy to find.

This is not a hotel but a guest house on the third floor of a building that has businesses and residences. The breakfast was not good. You got a voucher to have one cup of coffee and a danish at a restaurant down the street. I think I paid extra for the breakfast totally not worth it.

Breakfast was terrible, we were not even informed of a coupon. Luckily there were other holidaymakers who informed us that the coupon was for a breakfast at a place about 100m from Di Palma. Breakfast was dry bread, almost cold coffee and a juice. We had a kettle in the room but no mugs, coffee or milk. Because of the language barrier, the receptionist and I misunderstood each other about our payment after which she had a bad attitude which was totally unaccepted.

Beds weren't too comfortable. Noisy at night from the streets outside. Wi-fi didn't work. No info about checking out despite contacting host.
