The wifi was extremely weak and didn’t really work. Although there was a dishwasher, it would have been nice to also have a sponge & soap to clean utensils.

It was a very cosy and comfortable apartment with sufficient space for our family of 5 to feel relaxed. Sufficient heating through the apartment (though a bit too warm/dry at night). Sufficient utensils to cook a meal. Easy parking onsite.

A renovation of the appartment we have been accomodated in, was not completely finished during our stay, so there are some details which need to be finished to provide very good accomodation - shower corners with missing glass walls, not working TV, missing exhausting from a stove, missing wardrobe in one of the rooms. All these issues are easy to fix and I believe it's a matter of a short time. WiFi signal is shared with the owners and the quality is very unstable.

The apartment house is located outside Ortisei, but still in the walking distance to the city centre (approx.25 mins). Has a very nice view of town of Ortisei and Seceda mountain. There is a parking outside, suitable for several cars. Hosts are very pleasant and helpful. There is a small balcony in the apartment, from which you can enjoy the view to the valley. 2 nice bathrooms are a big advantage.

There was some mold in the smaller bathroom- advise to clean it and maybe see if there is a better vent system to remove more moisture. One of the stove tops did not work.

Washing machine was broken but the host was very helpful to wash our clothes with her own washing machine.

Both of the bathroom is super clean and neat, however, the hot water is not enough and was used up half way of our short showers.

The host was very nice and welcoming! Even the neighbor downstairs are very friendly and lend us dishwasher powder! Everything is so neat and tidy and we felt very cozy while staying there.

There was no washing machine in the apartment which was originally included as part of the amenities. We needed to do laundry after days of travelling. The host did offer us their washing machine which we declined.

We had some trouble trying to contact the host and they were not responding to booking.com messages. but it was resolved quickly. The apartment was clean and big and quiet.
