The only small thing was a weird smell in the shower area of the steam and sauna room.

We couldn't believe this was a 3 star hotel. The breakfast was amazing. Fresh produce from the region, healthy options and abundant - highly recommend getting the breakfast with your booking. dinner was also fantastic, and drinks at the bar were quality.

Location is just outside town centre but bus every 30 minutes stops outside the hotel and hotel provides free tickets. Journey only 5 minutes and avoids hastle of parking in town. Rooms beautiful. Restaurant superb and prices very reasonable.

Pool and views where beautiful. Staff where super friendly, kind and helpful! Bedroom was spacious with a powerful hot shower, exactly what you need after a long day of hiking. Oh and don’t forget the bar staff know how to make a good aperol spritz.

Pool hours were too short so we weren't able to use but the grounds were lovely.

The staff was phenomenal and the facilities are amazing. The restaurant was beyond anything we imagined. We had dinner when we arrived and everything was so delicious and perfect. The included breakfast buffet was unlike anything we had experienced - so many options and all fresh delicious. The room was very nice and we took advantage of the provided bus passes to travel around town hiking and exploring.

The house wine needs aging and tasted light no depth of flavours. I paid $31 Euros. This was not great value. It would be good for hotel to install air conditioning.

The setting was amazing. One of the best breakfasts.

The cost of food in Ortisei is outrageous, not the hotels fault, and they do good value evening meals.

A very friendly family run hotel, just outside of Oritisei, a good location to get to town by free bus and a good place to stay. I’ve stayed in much worse 4 star hotels so this one punches above its weight. Worth a visit if you like the outdoors or just relaxing

It would be nice to have a mini fridge and a little coffee/tea maker in the room to be able to enjoy a nice afternoon cup of coffee or tea on the balcony or patio. The pool hours should be adjusted so that you can take a dip in the morning before breakfast or take a quick swim in the evening. Current hours are 10-18:30.

There’s no tea and coffee in the room.

It was in a good location with a bus service going to town. The room was in a good size and bed was exceptionally comfortable. Good size of bathroom. Very good buffet breakfast, patisserie and prepping fresh every day and a good selection. The evening meal was very good and not over priced. And the bar and terrace was nice place to relax in the evening.

Gorgeous property, comfortable rooms, and the kindest most helpful staff you could ask for. They were all so friendly and fun and made our short stay there one of our favorites. They recommended hikes and helped us plan out our day, and did everything they could to make us more comfortable.

During a heat wave, the room got very warm. It helps to have the balcony door open but then you also get the bugs. Regardless, great property!

Buffet breakfast offered an excellent selection. Staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel is in a peaceful location just outside Ortisei with plenty on-site parking and alternative bus transportation to the town itself.
