There should be some coffee machine to prepare the coffee - there is a small moka pot but for this price some nesspresso would be expected.

The trick is that the address on booking is the address of the office. From the office you are guided to the apartament itself. The apartament was spacious, air conditioned and well equipped.

The parking was difficult to find. While the building has a private lot, you must park on the street. One day was quick to find a parking space and another day we had to drive around for over an hour and a half to find parking. Also, if you have an accident/injury that impedes you to walk, it is very difficult to get up the steps to get the elevator. There is a wheelchair lift, but the staff does not have a key & they say that unless you are renting for a month, you can’t get access to key.

The apartment was great! Has many of the conveniences we enjoy in the US- oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine (no dryer) and air conditioning . It was very spacious. Overall, the staff is helpful.

Only small downside was taking luggage from reception (check in) to the apartment- however staff were very friendly and informative, and gave us information on buses to get there

great location- very close to the centre, and felt very safe as small group of just women, 20 minute walk to train station to get to Venice and Padova day trips very clean, well supplied with essentials for cooking larger room than I expected, comfortable beds and good wardrobe space

It was a good deal further from the centre than we were led to believe, around a 15-20 minute walk.

The property was very modern, well lit and had everything you could need. There was lots of clean bedding and towels, and plenty wardrobe space.

The apartment's floor wasn't very clean, and the beds weren't very comfortable.

The location is excellent. Most attractions and landmarks are at a walking distance. There are also many good restaurants, cafes, "gelaterie" and bars around the place. Also, they're really fast in addressing any issues that pop up.

A few little things were broken or needed replacement and we have been told that these issues will be sorted. The office and key collection was on the other side of the river about 15mins walk away.

A lovely ground floor apartment very well located in a quiet street on the other side of the river to the old town. It was spacious, well equipped with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. A free street parking permit was available which was very useful once you understood the colour coded parking spaces! Having a doorman at the building entrance was comforting.

Everything was there but it was very minimalist and it seemed no thought had been given to making it more “homey”. Maybe some cushions? More pictures? The shower head was not working correctly but we told Barbara as we left.

The apartment on Via Leoni was spacious and had a small balcony with a nice view. It was very clean, and all amenities needed were there. The location was superb, and we used the apartment as a base for everyday long walks through Città Antica. Everything you need is within walking range.

Check in went well, very informative. The property is about a 10min walk from the check in office. Good kitchen facilities and well equipped. Very clean. The location is great and there is a supermarket a few minutes walk away.

When booking, you don't necessarily know exactly where you are going to stay.hence you are hoping for a nice apartment. Luckily ours was nice. The only issue we had was there was no free parking anywhere near the apartment and we ended up having to pay for it. You have to keep on top of it all as if you even forget about how long you've paid up to you'll end up with a working fine which we did and only missed the deadline by 10 mins.

Apartament was right where you wanted it, close enough to walk everywhere. Angela was fantastic. She provided us a map and marked where we should go to visit and eat. She pointed out an amazing pizzeria which we would not have found otherwise. We immediately felt welcomed in Verona which made the visit to the city a more pleasant experience.

The apartment could do with a bit of maintenance work. The toilet leaked and could have caused a major problem after a blockage and one of the beds was broken.

Central location with parking permit included. Key pick up was very easy within working hours. Quiet area.

They could have informed us that the facade is being renovated. The protective cover outside blocked almost all light from the apartment.

The location was really in the center, next to the Arena. The apartment was clean and situated in a nice building.
