The apartment was amazing, very comfortable - considered even the smallest details, very clean, fresh, and new. The agency was extremely helpful and friendly, we needed assistance and they were fast to respond. The location is great for travel from Verona to other cities as it's quite close to the station, as well as super close to the city center, there is a local supermarket nearby, and several bigger ones not even a 10-minute walk away. The area itself is calm and well served

Vicoletto Valle #3 is a great apartment in the heart of historic Verona. Close to everything. We were on the 4th floor, and it was a beautiful quiet retreat. The people at Dimore Verona were helpful and prompt.

The location is great, only a few minutes walk from the best attractions in town. It was perfect for our group of friends, and I'm sure it would be our first choice if we were to visit Verona again.

Just 1 bedroom which was clearly written out. For us it was fine.

Very good location, it was clean. Kitchen with all you need. Aircon was in every bedroom. Personal was very friendly and could recommend restaurants and places worth to visit.

Building was shrouded in scaffolding and building netting. Every window covered with no natural light and dark, like living in a cave. No warning of this - in fact the day before we arrived beautiful pics of the property were included with the confirmation. We complained & they guest-shamed.. you know 'nobody else has ever complained & it's not noisy so it's not a problem' Oh yes, it is...you can't post pics that don't reflect the property at all, that's dishonest and fraudulent...irrespective if others have complained or not - and I don't believe they haven't complained. Also, pretty average accommodation for the price, filthy shower with brown gunge and very funky door system (again, 'nobody has ever had a problem before us' ...more guest-shaming). Avoid vue scrimiari 39 and this company too, customers are just people that annoy them. Thank goodness they don't reflect the rest of beautiful, friendly Verona.

It was a room, not an aprtment. The room was very small, there was no refigerator, microwave or coffee maker and no elevator. The office where you check in is about a half mile from the location. They give you a map and you're on your own...with luggage. They should at least provide a ride!

The Hotel was in a good location. The breakfast was GREAT!

Have to go to another location to check in, have to sign lots of paperwork. Would be easier if the apartments had a key box for check in. Told there was amazing city view but was just a view of another building

Good example of “swearing an asset”. Tired and broken. Incredibly uncomfortable & squeaky beds. Shower pressure rubbish, cubicle doors broken, not clean. Unit over fridge in one room a hazard ( daughter touched it and top near fell on her). For the price very poor.

Excellent apartment just in front of Arena in the middle of the piazza. You can go to all main spots on foot. Bus to station just in the piazza. Great staffs, they do all for you, and take the keys was very easy. Big and comfortable, very clean apartment with all facilities. Definitely recommend this room

Great location. Spacious, clean and nice and cool to come back to when it’s very hot outside. Very conveniently placed - close to all major sights in the city centre, but also a short walk to the main train station. Very friendly staff who checked us in and recommended various sights and restaurants.
