We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe hotel personnel was so helpful and friendly when we needed a doctor. The location is very nice, looking down on the beach. In October the beaches were not full. It's nice to have the choice between a 4 course menu and a la carte for dinner. The breakfast buffet was very good.

ItalyThe staff at Hotel Dino were so kind and welcoming. Everyone was both helpful and thoughtful and made our stay with our 18 month old more comfortable. The food was wonderful well priced and the location was ideal as there were two beaches (one private for the hotel and one open to outside visitors) available with sunbeds and umbrellas for rent.

A very picturesque and generally quiet location. However there was a fair degree of 'pre-season' site clearance and construction work still taking place in or near the grounds. . In addition, the advertised shuttle bus service to neighbouring village, was not yet started.

Germany-The reason i chose Italy for vacation was to have a good food. But the restaurant of hotel did not cover my expectations at all, it was expensive though. The taste of food was ordinary( like ordinary italian restaurant all around the world) . - breakfast: i have been more than 40 countries all around the world and stayed more than 1000 different hotels, it is first time i have seen in this hotel that no egg or omlette is served in the breakfast. -Beach: it was weird to me to pay for umbrella and sunbeds
-The View is really nice. The room was clean, and lady on the front desk( i guess she is manager) was really nice and helpful. -The terrace is huge. You can enjoy the view quietly -Parking: the hotel has private free parking which is really enough for all guest.
