Clean and tidy room that was perfectly fine to accomodate a couple who spent most of the time outdoors. Very friendly reception, and the host was always available to assist via mobile phone. Great location, a short walk away from the city's main railway station, with good restaurants and supermarkets around. The street's got a reputation for being noisy due to the ancient trams that transverse it, but it wasn't a problem for us at all.

When we arrived there was a strong smell but it got better and when warned about it the staff was very fast in trying to fix it.

Spacious room, clean, good shower, very attentive staff, very nice breakfast area for basic needs, quiet (opposite from what we had read, maybe because there were no trams going).

The room and property was very clean - very close to the main termini train station so travelling was super easy! The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean, staff was welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommend when staying in Rome.

The noisy environment around the facility and the smell coming from the street during night. I'm guessing it's because of the garbage collected after the evening.

The location of the hotel is really good. Very near to the Termini Central Station, also makes it comfortable the access to the airport. The only problem is the smell and noise coming from the street at during night. But if you are comfortable with sleeping while the windows are closed, that is totally fine! The beds are really really comfortable.

The area is louder than most but we were up early to discover Rome and there were ear plugs provided so it did not matter.

The property was the ideal location. We had great communication from the staff prior to arrival, we felt safe and the property was really lovely. There were coffee facilities and a lovely terrace if you wanted some outdoor space. The staff were so helpful. Towels, an iron and hair dryer were all provided too. There is also a place to leave your luggage so you can make the most of your last day after check out, they just need to be collected by 4pm.

So convenient to get to from Rome Termini. Close to all attractions. Elevator and stairs! Host was amazing and easy to communicate with. Very clean, very comfortable. Excellent shared facilities. And the external terrace was the absolute highlight!

It is a bit noisy during the day due to the tram but when sleeping at night it was ok, we didn’t have issue with that and staff provides you with earplugs in any case. Neighbourhood doesn’t feel so safe in the night, we didn’t have any issue but it is recommended to take a taxi to go back

Very nice room, clean and good location for walking to the historical center (e.g. approx. 20mins to Fontana di Trevi) and beautiful neighbour of Monti. Super friendly staff and helpful.

There was a bad smell in the room but once you open the windows it’s gone. The main problem is the overall safety around the hotel. Unfortunately, especially after it is dark, the area is totally packed with homeless people and junkies. I must underline that it doesn’t feel safe for women. Nothing really happened but we ended up avoiding returning the hotel late in the evening.

The room has an elavator which is a great plus. Overall cleaning was pretty good. Given the very high tram noise (against which nothing really can be done) they provided earplugs. The hotel is very close to the Termini station and walking distance from major attractions.

The pillows were not very comfortable but we made it work and over all this is a great stay for the price!

Great location, staff was super kind and easy to communicate with. We were able to leave our bags before we could get into the room which was a bonus!! The train station is right next to property so it is fairly loud at nights and in the morning, this didn’t bother us but it is fairly loud.
