The bede didn’t work ever at all. why to install and waste space if it doesn’t even have water.

Very Italian hotel in the heart of Venice. We stayed in the attic room and it was very small even for two people, but with wonderful view.

It would be really helpful to have some USB charging ports in the rooms.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Location was excellent - an easy walk to St Mark's and other attractions. Despite close to the attractions, it was still quiet and peaceful.

There is not any complementary for the rooms such as tea, hot water, bottle of water and … There is not any safety box in rooms. We reserved 5 rooms and two rooms did not have the stand for shower. And we had to hold the shower by one hand. And one room did not have a fridge so in the hot summer there was no cold water 😭😭

The breakfast was perfect. Some staff were not really friendly but Last morning shift the nice old man was very friendly and kind . Our flight was early in the morning and he packed the breakfast for us.

The hotel has a great location, near the San Marco square (about 5 minutes walk) and the vaporetto station, in a area of shopping streets. The breakfast was tasty, with some local products and a very good coffee.

During the stay the one thing that wasnt cleaned was the floors. We stayed for a week and the floor got dirtier over time. Also we had to clean the bath ourselves.

We got a room with a shower but we wanted a bath so we talked to the receptionist and we got our room changed no questions. Staff is really helpful and nice.

as we stayed in august, the air conditioning was a must for us — the air conditioning was extremely loud and did not cool the room down. The bathroom shower was extremely small and out dated & had quite a few mosquitos inside. An iron would have been a great addition to the room. Would have been nice to have more than one pillow to sleep on.

Elevator needed to be updated. Mechanically it was fine, but needed to be refurbished.

Excellent location. Room was clean and in good shape. Private courtyard was a nice bonus.

They charged the room ahead of our arrival, an email was sent saying that a hold was put on the credit card which turned out to be an actual charge. When we were checking out they charged us with city tax again. The front desk associate wasn’t sure and was on the phone getting instructions the whole transaction. When I got home and checked my CC bill I had been charged twice. The next day they reversed the original charge on their own so it was taken care of. I thought that they should have disclosed the fact that they charge the room ahead of your check in. This would have dissuaded me from booking this hotel in the first place. None of the other hotels charged prior to check in on our entire trip and we stayed jn 5 different hotels.

Location was good, room decor was nice.
