Ideally located few steps from the historical city center, big parking area very close to the apartment. Apartment is nice with all you might need and great view on the port. Great recommendations from the owner on restaurants, you will find perfect bar/ focacceria next to the apartment. Really great place for stay when you are in Alghero.

The location is exquisite! Right on the marina and next to the old town walls. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants right in front of the building and the view from our room was fantastic! The interior design is very sweet - marine and authentic, the spaces are quite big. Comfortable beds.

The location was perfect. It was clean and we were able to store our luggage in a central room while we wandered the city. The bus stop for the airport bus was right around the corner. Nice that there was an espresso machine in the room.

We rented two rooms: 101 and 104. The electricity wiring in the bathroom of 101 did not seem entirely safe. The shower within the bedroom of 104 seemed a bit strange and lacking in privacy. It's good to have a small, closed room for the toilet and bidet, but maybe the shower glass could be changed from transparent to opaque to create some privacy in 104.

Very clean and well equipped rooms in a great position, close to the old town and marina. Very reactive staff who quickly answered all questions and gave good recommendations for bars, restaurants, car hire etc.

Cleaning of the balcony- we found some cigarette butts in the corner of the balcony . Some pillows on the balcony chairs would be nice.

Location,location,location! If you are in Alghero and want affordable accommodation, close to the historical center - this the place. If it’s possible, pay a little more and book the suite, because the view is amazing. Check- in info and parking suggestions very helpful.

I gotta be honest. The shower situation was a little weird. A glass shower enclosure in the side of the room (not in a dedicated bathroom) was a little off putting. If we had been friends and not a couple, it would have meant one person having to wait outside the room while the other showered. Also, given that this is a guest house and not a hotel, the entrance into the space is not particularly inviting. If you have mobility issues, this place would not be for you as the rooms are up a staircase.

The location is amazing! Right next to the water and minutes from the old city. Fortunately, the property has noise canceling windows so we didn’t hear all of the people in the street right outside the window.

Absolutely incredible. Loved the place. We traveled around Sardinia for a week and haven’t stayed in a better place for that price. Amazing room for a couple. I just can’t say anything about the view from the room, absolutely speechless. The place is in the first road from the sea. You go out and everything is around you, literally.

Bad- a bit noisy at night. Bad smell of sweat in the hall ways. Was woken by the loud buzzer at the entrance door a few times and the sensor lights in the hall shone brightly into the room. There’s no extra bedding either. We had to switchto the room next door for our third night and it was nowhere near as nice as the one with the balcony. Only book the balcony room so double check when you book. No breakfast , no reception so it kinda feels like you’d be better off just booking an actual apartment. I’m not sure why it’s called “suite” its just a room ?!

Good-Lovely balcony and great view of the harbour. Nice bathroom and great to have Netflix etc on tv. We also really liked the location, close to the beach and airport bus stops. We also stored our bags there for a few nights and it’s super safe.

The WiFi signal was strong but lacked connectivity to the internet. We had to either use our cellular connection or find WiFi at a restaurant to upload/post photos. Minor inconvenience for me, but my teenagers complained about it.

Amazing views of Alghero marina from the balcony. Located right next to the entrance to the old town. Also, close to large parking lot. Really charming room. Balcony doors had exceptional sound proofing and after being closed completely blocked out the sounds from the restaurants, marina and street below.

It could be cleaner and better maintained, it is a very nice location. We booked 3 rooms, we all complained about the mattresses being too soft and about the pillows being to strong. :) And another issue, even it is no one's fault, the smell from downstairs restaurants reaches the room, no chance to open the window...

Great location, next to the marina, 5 minutes walk to old town, walking distance beaches, excellent sandwiches shop downstairs.
