All, really good option for Venice. Close to everything. Live Neighborhood. Great place and super helpful Staff Location is super convenient... all was excellent.

We arrived in April when it was very hot and the AC is not working. The owner was very quick to reply and helpful to say that the building was not expecting such heat so the AC couldn’t be turned on. The TV in our room was also incredibly slow.

The location was excellent. All attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are big and modern, and kept very clean.

It was a bit on the quieter part of the city.

A good option to stay in Venice. Smart TV was working really well and did good for us. The location was close to the airport buses, so we didn’t have to take any vaporettos etc.

Room door leading onto breakfast area Patchy paint on walls that could do with being repainted Only 1 usable socket for our travel adapter, USB sockets next to each side of the bed but our cables were USB-C and we didn’t have adapters to change to USB Couldn’t use socket in the bathroom as our adapter kept pushing on the light switch so wouldn’t go in properly - had to do my hair at the front door with my phone as a mirror The facilities mentioned a mini fridge but we couldn’t find this

Not much to not like but I guess if the left luggage was more secure e.g. If they had individual lockers, then that would be excellent.

I liked the fact that we could leave our luggage before check in time and after checkout time. Also, it was so handy for bus to and from airport.

Just some small details will make it perfect. Floors were cold in winter. Carpet or slippers will be good. Some place to hang towels. A coffee machine in the room. Otherwise an excellent hotel. I don’t like the “no receptionist” / smart hotel concept but that’s my own personal dislike. Everything works out very well. I’d stay here again.

Weak shower pressure. No part to place the soap and shampoo inside the shower area. Not actually near the central train station. If you have a lot of luggage, it is recommended to hire a water taxi since you have to cross a lot of bridges (most without ramps) to get to the hotel.

Beautiful property, the room was cozy, as depicted in the pictures. Spacious. Bed was comfortable. With mini refrigerator. With free coffee and tea in the common area. With a lift. Keyless entry. Staff were nice.

Very spacious and super clean room and bathroom. No bed bugs or no dust. Provided extra toilet paper, extra towels and extra blankets. Stayed in December (which is slightly cold) but the room was perfectly heated and so was the bathroom. Provided toiletries also, like shampoo, body and hand soap. Very great value for money! There is also a common area on floor 1 for tea/coffee and breakfast is also available if interested. Location is quiet and good. Only a few minutes walk from the main stop for transport (train, bus) to and from the airport. Check-in is normally 15:00 but we were notified our room was ready by 12:45 which we were lucky! Also, great communication on WhatsApp from the team. (Laura and Alice), very responsive and super helpful with recommendations. Always answered all of my queries 😊 The check-out was a bit early, at 10am, but it seems this early check out is normal around Venice. Luckily, we were able to store our suitcases at their storage locker both before check-in and after checkout, free of charge! Thank you for a great stay in Venice! I would 100% stay here again when I return to Venice ☺️
