Our stay at Don Raffaele Resort was amazing, from start to finish. The location is fantastic (central to pretty much everything, including the ferries, transport lines etc) and the hosts have gone out of their way to make sure that you have all of the extras you need (coffee, tea, snacks etc) for a truly comfortable stay. Then we have Marco, who is your go-to man for everything, wow! Marco is caring, attentive and not only ensured that we had a comfortable stay at the resort but also provided us with some incredible recommendations for our stay - all of which were fantastic. If you're staying in Napoli, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Marco was really welcoming. He also took the time to explain what to see around and place to eat. Room was always clean. We felt safe and the emplacement of the resort allows you to join the different ferries super easily!

Location: The location next to the ferry port is very convenient for day trips to the near islands and Amalfi coast. The train station is also quickly reachable via the metro. Nice pizzerias in a walking distance. Facilities: Our room was well equipped and we didn’t miss a thing. The AC is a big plus! The property provides bottled water and light snacks, as well as coffee from a capsule machine.

If you want to enjoy accommodation services close to a hotel experience but preserve the freedom and receive an unsurpassable helpful and friendly service, you go to Don Raffaele Resort in Naples. We received useful suggestions, recommended trips, and more during the days before our arrival. We felt that our host prepared us for the best to enjoy the days in Naples. It was easy to find the place, and the thirsty and hungry travelers found delicious food and drink in the apartment hall. We had a pleasant sea view from the windows on the eighth floor of the building. The room was convenient for three people since you would often be on the go. If you plan trips from Naples to Capri, Positano, or the beautiful Amalfi coast, your ship departs from the port at a distance of a small jump. The apartment is equipped with tools to prepare food for yourself if you don’t want to enjoy the culinary experiences and the tasty food of Italian restaurants. Plenty of restaurants are available within a two-minute walk, depending on your financial possibilities. Although English is not common in many cases in the region, our host speaks English to discuss different questions. Google Translate will be of help on the street. We enjoyed our stay at Don Raffaele Resort very much.

Nothing at all. There were no disappointing surprises! And in fact we re booked for our last night in Italy before flying out.

Clean safe apartment. Room had great view and all was exactly as advertised. Marco was super helpful. Bathroom and shower were spacious and everything worked. And the general decor was fresh and classical. Having the coffee machine and snacks in common area was a nice touch. It was great to have accomodation that lived up to the pictures and description.

Marco is a very friendly host, the room was lovely and clean with amazing soft bed. Accomodation is located very close to the port and to the airport bus station, so its perfect as a stop for commuting between Naples airport and islands.

Close to Municipal metro station and Molo Beverello ferry terminal. Great location for taking a Ferry to Capri or anywhere else. Can be a bit loud at night due to being in the city center, bring earplugs if you are sensitive. Bathroom and shower beautiful, high ceilings and large balcony window give the room a light airy feeling. Would totally stay here again.

I didn't expect much due to the location that close to the port. But the building is in very good shape. The host is a really friendly guy. The rooms are modern,and perfectly equipped. Large kitchen with coffee maker,and anough space to sit in. The balcony gives a marvellous sight to Maschio Angioino and St Elmo. Spacious, modern bathroom with exellent shower with own window. This will be my favorite for future visits to Naples.
