Nothing to complain about at all!

Booking this room was the perfect way to end our Napoli/Sorrento trip....the sunset view from the bed couldn't be beaten! The jacuzzi was an extra special touch....the finishings in this room are top class 👏 the location is perfect for promenade meanders and lunch/dinner options...there are bars and restaurants aplenty....highly recommend Fresco! Luigi is a fabulous host and we will not hesitate to stay here again the next time we return to Napoli 😀 Thank you, Luigi for your fabulous room and hospitality 😁

The room itself was absolutely stunning. The view with the jacuzzi was just beautiful, especially when the sun goes down. The location is more than perfect. Also a very kind & helpful host. The provided us with drinks and snacks free of charge as well. Very happy!

Everything was great.

Imperatrice Suites was amazing. Great location, near to all amenities, restaurants, the buzzing city center, great promenade. Highly recommended. Mini-Bar was refilled every day, snacks available for free, the host Luigi was very helpful and friendly. Cleaning of the room daily. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect for couples.

Loud music at night from the waterfront till midnight.

Spectular view of the ocean and Naples in the distance. The location was excellent. Near many, many shops and restaurants. Lovely restaurants on the waterfront.

It was a bit difficult to find the apartment initially, but we were able to contact the host to find it. Signage would be nice. The cleanliness of the hydrospa tub & shower can be improved upon. Debris & hair was present in both.

This place was all about the sea view. It was beautiful waking up to the bay of Naples and going to bed with the city lights on the water. The beds were super comfortable and the Prosecco & snacks on arrival were an excellent touch. Accessing the apartments was easy with the website provided at check in. It was convenient to not have to carry physical key/keycard.

Music on the street below could be heard mildly. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to this.

The location was great, with a beautiful view of the sea and the boardwalk (see images). Very easy to walk around. Excellent restaurants. Close enough to the Port if you had to walk you could, but we took a taxi with luggage. A taxi is needed to the airport.

Nothing.......all was great. Just not expect a hotel with restaurants, fitness, roomservice etc. Just a great overnight to explore the city.

Great location at the beach. Wonderful views over the bay. High Tech used to open doors, to let you feel safe and comfortable. Many nice restaurants on the boulevard in front of the hotel. All in all, a fine stay. Nearby parking for 35 Euro per 24 hours, secure and special price for hotel guests. Proscesso on arrival to enjoy!! The old town just a 15 min. stroll away!

There are restaurants just below the rooms and in the summer very loud music/partying until 1:30AM most nights. Ideal for younger people that are out late. Someone was smoking marijuana in one of the other rooms for almost two straight days and the smoke came right into our room and was irritating. We marked do not disturb on our room but housekeeping still entered the room without permission and opened the balcony door and left it unlocked all day.

Beautiful view of the Mediterranean. Clean newer room. Large jacuzzi/hot tub. Access to a lounge area with bottled water, coffee and a few snacks. Staff was highly attentive. AC/dehumidifier work great.

The best location in Naples in my humble opinion. Also great view of the sea. Great people watching from your bed or the jacuzzi! They have complimentary water, soda, snacks, and prosecco! Super friendly. Loved my stay and 100% would stay here again. So close to so many amazing restaurants and bars and 30 minute walk to many of the day boat trips.

My wife and I absolutely loved our room. It had everything we needed and more. It was very clean, quiet, cozy, and not to mention the jacuzzi was a hit. The ambiance was spectacular. It was more than we expected. We had the most beautiful view of the ocean. The location was perfect. The host was accommodating and friendly.. He even arranged a taxi to the airport.

The huge spa tub in the bedroom - not in the bathroom - took up a lot of space, and if one is not planning on using it, cumbersome to get around. Ac and wifi were great, but the former was not easy to turn on. Even our helpful taxi driver (who had the hosts on the phone) couldn’t figure it out. Luckily we ran into another customer in the hallway who helped. Getting into the apartment was difficult. There are three separate doors, each with its own swipe code. Those doors are not obvious to find and the owners assume they will communicate in real time with you via whatsapp. If you don't have it, you need to inform them beforehand.

The view of the bay of Naples was wonderful, both morning and night. The balcony was overlooking a dozen or so outdoor restaurants that all close around midnight, but with the sliding doors closed, the noise fell away. The bathroom was well appointed and clean. When we had troubles—it was late at night when we arrived—the hosts came over to help us.
