My family and I had such a pleasant stay here. The room was so clean and pleasant to stay in. Giuseppe, the owner, was so accommodating and such a helpful person. We highly recommend staying here. We also had a delicious breakfast free in a local cafe nearby in with the price. My family and I will be back again soon.

The host Giuseppe is extremely hospitable and polite. Rooms are spacious, all essentials were available. Location was good too, close to supermarket, Cafes and Restaurants.

Only one point: the breakfast provided by the coffee shop in front of the hotel is quite small (one drink and one sweet snack, no salty option) and the owner / barman is not very nice. Maybe was just that day he had a bad moment...

The staff was really nice, available and helpful. The accommodation was clean and modern. The extra subsidies are very appreciated (water, juice and snacks into the fridge; coffee and tea in self-service).

As some others have mentioned, these are 4 rooms in a converted large apartment. The only issue I found was that you can often hear noises through the walls. But other than that, the entire apartments and private ensuite rooms are very nice.

The hosts were excellent at communicating via What's App before and after we arrived. Giuseppe gave us several great recommendations for places to eat within a short walking distance. These are 4 private rooms with bathrooms that are centered around a common lounge area in a converted older apartment. The building itself is very nice and the elevator up to the 4th floor was small, but worked well. The rooms are immaculate and cleaned every day. In the lounge area, they provide a coffee maker with all kinds of coffees, plus teas, and a refrigerator full of cold drinks and snacks, that are available to you as the guest 24 hours a day. They were very accommodating as we needed a place to store our extra bags for several hours before we headed to the airport. This is a regular Roman neighborhood that is about a 10-minute walk to the train station at Tiburtina, or a 15-minute walk to the metro station at Tiburtina. From this station you can take the metro B line into Rome's large Termini station. This is a great location if you want to experience a real neighborhood, away from the crowds of tourists and tour buses. The restaurants in the neighborhood provide excellent food and at lower prices than those in the touristy zones of Rome. The Wi-Fi worked well and our room was a decent size. Plus we had another small refrigerator inside our room as well for drinks or snacks. The A/C in the room worked well.

Alessia and Giuseppe were super helpful. The apartment was well placed for the Metro — easy walking distance. Close to cafes, bars and restaurants. Lots of extras to make us comfortable.

Giuseppe was so nice and careful with everything!!! He even made an effort and prepared some italian pastries for our anniversary as I asked him to. Everything was so clean, they cleaned the room every day, brought fresh towels and provided tasty snacks. From the entrance to the smallest details, there was no trace of dust. Just a 10 min walk to tiburtina station, and from there, u just have to take the metro, and u are in the city in 20-30 min. Super convenient. there is also an italian street food festival on a nearby street on the weekend, which made our trip even more exciting! We had a voucher for the càfe in front of the accomodation, best Cappuccino and pastries, for free, every day for breakfast! Highly recommend!

The host Giuseppe was very kind and gave us valuable advice on transport, places to eat etc. The location of the guesthouse is very good, just 10 minutes from Tiburtina station and four metro stops from the center of Rome. A nice breakfast was provided at a nearby cafeteria. Water, juices, coffee, etc. were available at all times.

Everything was great, but it must be taken into account that the metro station is a 14 minute walk, and the taxi service in Rome is not good.

There were many options to eat and shop in the neighborhood. Our host Giuseppe was great in giving us valuable advice and information about our visit in Rome.

Perfect location with easy access to the metro and some great restaurants and cafes. Only 15 minutes on the metro to Rome centre (but great to be able to get away from the busyness of Rome into a lovely residential suburb. Prices for meals etc. excellent and good fabulous). Accommodation was spacious, clean, comfortable with loads of lovely extras - great coffee machine, kettle in room, snacks and juice and vouchers for coffee and croissants at the cafe opposite for breakfast. The host Giuseppe was brilliant. Told us everything we need to know about the area, transport and restaurants and bars.

The neighborhood did not offer any good restaurants and was nothing special to walk around. Although it was just a 15 minute walk to the subway and train station.

Originally I only booked the room for one night. However, after spending the day at the Coliseum and elsewhere around Roma, I realized a needed more time. The proprietor was very accommodating even though the room I was in, was not available, he gave me a two bedroom apartment nearby for the same price.

The fact that we did not get to say goodbye and thank you to Guiseppe and Alessia for their wonderful hospitality.

The hotel was perfectly situated for us and where we needed to be. Guiseppe and Alessia were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The coffee and snacks on offer were a lovely touch, thank you. The staff who cleaned the rooms were meticulous and everything was of a high standard. The cappuccino and cornetto for breakfast in the bar opposite was lovely. I am definitely missing that every morning!

The location has an easy access to the public transport and is not far from the Tiburtina metro station. The room was very comfortable, spotless and clean, well equipped with whatever you need, especially after a long day in Rome's hot sun!
