The building entrance hall was quite unpleasant: smelly; one small window in the apartment, so not enough light. A bit noisy, hear all the movement from neighbors upstairs.

Many of the outlets were not working, the toilet seat was broken, and I couldn't find any dish soap. The bathroom was makeshift with an improvised shower – I hit my head on the ceiling multiple times. The hallway of the building was very creepy.

I liked the layout of the apartment; it was very modern, although there wasn't much natural light due to the very small window. The bed was very comfortable. The location was quite close to most attractions, and there was a very good pizzeria across the street.

Check-in could be a bit smoother. Also, one day there was no water (which was a problem on the building and not a fault in the apartment). The host was very hands on trying to communicate with the building to fix it

I would have been much more helpful if the owner (who spoke good English) herself had met me. Instead her uncle (who did not speak English) met me and tried to show me how various items in the apartment worked. Nevertheless, when he had left there were a number of things that I needed to know or be shown and it wasn't possible to get any "hands-on" help. This was not a big problem, but it just made things a little more difficult. In fact I never actually met the ownwer (Ilaria) even though she was very pleasant and very helpful over the phone or via WatsApp.

I wanted an apartment in a non-touristy area and it was just right. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious with all the facilities that I needed, although an electric toaster would have been very handy.

Nice apartment, close to accommodations (groceries, bakeries, restaurants). Not too far (15 min walk) from the marvelous Borgo Antico, as well as the train station to visit other cities, as Trani.

Really not drawbacks but features related to dense urban area: bedroom with open windows may be noisy due to traffic. Some insects may appear.

Great location for short stay: close to bus stops, walking distance to old town. Bistro for morning espresso and supermarket nearby. Showing signs of normal wear, but clean and well equipped apartment. Kitchenette seems to be adopted balcony. Remote but friendly and helpful host.

The kitchen is too small, not very comfortable to cook a lot. The owner was not very fast at responding, it took her a while to give us the wifi for example. Rooms can be a bit loud from the street where many buses pass by.

The apartment is good and comfortable, exactly as in the pictures: a room with a double bed, a toilet, a little kitchen and a space with a sofa and a high table. There‘s enough space to „live“ and to hang your stuff outside after a day at the beach. Location is good, though some 15-30 min walking to any touristic place but well connected by buses.

The bed in the sleeping room needs some fixing - the frame is bent, and you roll into the middle. It's not that bad but otherwise the apartment would be absolutely perfect.

The apartment is spacious, modern, clean, quiet, and air-conditioned. The location is good for the price. The old town is a 15 min walk. The supermarket is around the corner.

I am used to stronger direct daylight, but that might be a disadvantage for the climate of Bari.

The apartment is very clean, stylish, and spacious, so it was pleasant to chill inside, watch TV, etcs. The bed has comfortable mattress, pillows and duvet, so it was very nice to sleep there. The bathroom has enough shelves for all your cosmetics and good placing so that you don't get everything wet when you shower. We walked by foot around the city and the apartment was a great starting point! There are also 24\7 vending machines just at the corner of the street, which is convenient. There was coffee, which we prepared with the coffee machine and there was also milk for it, which was a great touch. We really enjoyed our stay here!
