The stove was needed to turn on in the socket under and the surface of the stove was forced to the jams of coffee, a box with tea and a plant with a pie. For cooking, we needed clearing this surface. Maybe it would be better if all for the tea and coffee located on the separate small table.

We lived here 6 days. All were good. The room was cleaned, we had water and juices in the room every day. Common space was comfortable, there is a sofa, a balcony and two tables for eating. The kitchen has big fridge with individual shelf for every room, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a stove, a washing machine and a dishwasher. It was very hospitality – the fruits, a pie and snacks every day. We could stay our luggage inside after check-out. Near there is the underground station of Valle Aurelia, Conad supermarket. For the breakfast we had cards to the cafe Lasiciliana, it’s near from the hotel – coffee and brioche are nice for the start of day.

I have no other option but to grant maximum score! Not only that it fulfilled my expectations value for money and all other aspects, but also the owner of the property, Alberto save me from one of the most stressful situations I ever passed through, after my backpack got stolen in the City Centre. He spare no effort and money to see me safely returning back home. What a great man. My hat goes off for him!

It’s a little bit far from the center if you like to walk but it’s comfortable if you use metro Besides you should remember about tourist tax that is paid separately from the whole bill on booking

The best part of the apartment is its owner who is very quick in support and really wants to serve you the best. The common kitchen is full of necessary stuff including tablets for dish washer, washing detergent, olive oil, sweets and fruits))

I disliked that the room photo I booked included a balcony and the room we were assigned didn’t have one. We were only in town for 1 night so felt it not with mentioning just would have been nice to have a shown.

My husband and I chose this specifically for the location! 5-10 minute walk to get to subway to take into town to see all the archeological sites, and a quick trip back to get out of the crowds to enjoy some really good food close by. Specifically Alice Pizza for a quick bite and La Fornace for a really good meal, also within 5-10 minutes walk. We asked them to recommend our meals and they were both equally amazing and be sure to save room for dessert!

Very close to Vatica city. So it was great to arrive there early in the morning. Nice host and room condition. He picked us up in front of the gate. Free offer coffee, snack, fruit are nice and fresh. I took very good rest at there. Highly recommended.

The apartment is located on a busy road so you will hear road noise. You can also hear other guests talking in their rooms. The air conditioner makes creaking noises.

Alberto was very helpful & accommodating, he arranged private transport for us from the airport & allowed us to store our bags before and after check-in which was appreciated. The Metro railway is close by, a few minutes walk up hill. Breakfast is located a few streets away (opposite direction to railway) at a lovely & very busy patisserie. The room was comfortable & had everything we needed as a base for a short stay.
