Excellent location pretty much 15-20 mins walk from most attractions. Apt is 3 bedroom 1 bathroom. Clean and comfortable. The host is very responsive. There is an elevator so it’s easy for luggage etc. it can get a bit noisy late at night and early am but u can always use white noise.

The shower seem to be intermittently hot then cold for no reason. The street outside was extremely noisy in the early morning from 0500 - 0700 each morning even with windows closed so bring earplugs!

Our apartment was on the ground floor and was noisy. But the owner has few properties in Rome, so this comment is valid for the apartment where we were accommodated at Panisperna street.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. In the same time was close to the central railway station. Very comfortable beds and clean sheets. Space and nice bathrooms. Extremely polite owners. They were available all the time. At the day of our leaving they made us a present - private shuttle to the airport. This was so comfortable for us at that day. Alla, thank you 🙏

Nothing just wish our trip had been longer.

Location was amazing. Very close to the Spanish Steps. Lots of restaurants close by. 3 minutes walk to Metro. Next to one of the most exclusive streets in Rome full of designer shops. Lovely hosts who were very friendly and helpful. Tastefully decorated with comfortable beds.

Great location, near to many restaurants and shopping, short walk to colleseum, and all the tourist hotshots. We walked everywhere in Rome without needing any public transit. There were so many wonderful places to eat within 5 minutes walk, but the apartment was so quiet, no street noise at all. The apartment was perfect size for 3 people with everything we needed fully stocked . The apartment was spotless and beds were comfortable with quality linens. Alla the hostess was wonderful and her husband was very helpful with quick replies to any of our questions. We will definitely book this apartment when going back to Rome. J

The decor was a little shabby, and the lounge is small, with only one 2-seater sofa.

The location is incredible - just 50m from the Colosseum - and the host was exceptionally helpful beforehand and throughout. Both bedrooms were a great size with en suite bathrooms and memory foam mattress and pillows, and it was quiet (apart from hearing the flat above a little). The heating worked well so we arrived to a cosy feel - and there's also air con for summer.

The hosts are fantastic people and communicate very well. The place is very clean and in an amazing location between the Vatican and the Colosseum, three blocks from the Spanish steps. Shopping is around the corner and wonderful restaurants. We will definitely book again when we return to Rome.

We could not have been happier with our experience at Easydomus Rome - the hosts are super helpful, friendly, and organized; the villa was perfect with two big bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, comfortable living space, and quiet courtyard (and rooftop balcony!); and the location is ideally suited for walking to the big historical sites, but also in a tremendous neighborhood of its own...all perfect. It was our first time visiting Rome, so we didn't know what to expect, but we lucked out.

It was a little strange to have the cleaner (who is present at the properties throughout the day) on our balcony in the mornings, as I assume he/she had to use the washing machine. But this was not a big deal.

The location was great. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Even though it is situated in the heart of Trastevere, it was very quiet and secure. Alla the host was available and accessible to answer any questions we had.

The complicated locking system and entry to the building. Was all a but much the way the door locked. Also originally the communication had a different address. This was changed closer to our arrival date. It should be clear when booking the exact address.

The unit is located close to everything. All major attractions are within walking distance or a quick bus or taxi ride. Pretty amazing to be able to hop back to the unit in the middle of the day to recharge the body and mind.

The house had a strong smell of mold as soon as you walked in, making it very uncomfortable. I had to keep the windows open just to sleep. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone with health concerns or sensitivities.

Our apartment was conveniently located near the Colosseum on a beautiful, charming street. It was warm, cozy, and comfortable. The smart check-in process was seamless, and communication via WhatsApp was instant and efficient.

The apartment was really dark with little lighting. The beds were comfortable, but the mattresses are tipped so your head is downwards and feet are elevated... we had to sleep in the beds with our heads at the foot of them.

The location is amazing. It's a really nice apartment central to all things in Rome. Area felt very safe. Staff communication is top. Overall a great place to stay.

We were a big family with children and two old people. Though our stay was short but it was very cosy and comfortable. the apartment was quite neat and clean with all new furniture and fixtures. The host was nice and accommodating. the kitchen was well equipped with all utilities.

The bathroom could benefit from better ventilation, as improved air circulation is needed. Additionally, there were some stains on the kitchen countertop and a few of the glasses, which gave the impression of being unclean, although they may just be worn. Replacing them could enhance the overall experience.

The property’s central location was fantastic, allowing us to walk everywhere with ease, including to landmarks like the Vatican City and Villa Borghese Gardens. As a family of three, we also enjoyed spending time at the property itself. The garden kitchen was a lovely feature, and we absolutely loved using it during our stay. Overall, a great experience!

There is nothing we didn’t like.

The location was amazing!!! To walk out onto the street and see the colosseum right in front of you is pretty incredible!! There is a cafe at one end of the street that has amazing pastries and a restaurant at the other that has the best pasta!! We travelled as 2 couples so the 2 bathrooms each with a shower was a bonus. The kitchen is well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful.
