No view, you have to come out, however when you do it is amazing.

It’s location, overall effectiveness, as well as the engaging communication with the host. She was very good, responsive, and facilitated our transportation, something we very much appreciate. As to the apartment, the space is well appointed and secure. The bedrooms have good space, the bathrooms are clean and well appointed. The kitchen is small, however it has everything you need and appliances are in good condition. Access to the property is managed with a phone app, and feels secure. It is on a first floor so moving your luggage in and out is very convenient.

This is an exceptional place to stay in Rome. It is right beside the colosseum. Taxis and bus station only 50m away. No better place to stay in Rome. Aircon in every room and both rooms are ensuite. Fabulous. 10out of10

Excellent location in Trastevere. Near to public transport. Just a few stops away from main attractions like Piazza Navona. The accommodation is very quiet and cooling. It's like an oasis in the summer heat and noisy tourist crowds. we love it. Within the immediate vicinity of the hotel, there are some lovely cafes, restaurants, supermarket and a very affordable clothes shop for any last min shopping. Well maintained and equipped. Spacious. Each bedroom came with its own attached bathroom. It's a ground floor, stand alone unit, separate from the other units in the apartment. Which is great because I don't need to worry that my noisy kids will disturb neighbours around us. Check in was easy. Just fill in an online form prior to arrival. Good service - We faced little hiccups here and there but all quickly and easily resolved via WhatsApp with the Easydomus contact person.

Everything went smoothly. It was very easy to access the apartment. Our host was extremely helpful. She (Alla) helped arrange our transportation to the airport for an early flight, as well as giving us information to receive our Covid test to return to the US. All of my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. Everyone was extremely helpful. We enjoyed the location. It gave us the feel of everyday life in Rome. I would highly recommend these accommodations to anyone.

Great location, specious apartment and very, very helpful and kind owners/hosts! We had a problem and the owners were so helpful (even though we needed some assistance on a Sunday, they immediately were very helpful and kept in contact with us). Also the use of the electronic key/lock as very well explained (with text and pictures) and many days before arrival the owner /host already contacted us and provided their mobile number in case we needed it. So GREAT service! thanks Alla and Antonio!! Car park needed: you can park your car pretty closely to the apartment for a reasonable price. wifi: good wifi connection

Possibly a more regular deep clean is necessary, particularly in the showers, which is a fixation of mine.

It's convenient to so much of what you have to see and do in Rome. The Metro station is a short walk. Many buses pass nearby. There's a decent selection of restaurants in the Cavour/Coliseum area. I would definitely go back.

The loft had beams that were so low u hit your head on them. My wife and I hit our heads many times. TV had NO reception.

DANGEROUS!!!! Not as advertised. This is a list of the problems. 1. lowbeams by steps going up to the loft is too low for someone over 5'9". 2. lowbeams.. walking in loft I had to bend in order to walk 3. light in loft ba didn't work over sink 4. step steps steps 5. shower 24x24 in loft. Unable to move arms to wash hair or body. 6. Br bath downstairs small, but slightly bigger but unable to bend to get shampoo 7. hit head going down landing from loft 8. towels were damp when we arrived 9. never brought extra towels as promised 10. towels did not dry overnight only 1 pp 11. no elevator to room floor only fits 1 person 12. steep steps going up 3 floors 13. not enough plugs to charge 14. no freezer in fridge 15. no shades over transome windows in loft so light in the room all the time. 16. unplugged light on loft so fan could be plugged in. Warm in loft. 17. not a 2br. No closet in loft 18. TV not receiving 19. keys to the apartment door did not work. 20. unable to stand up in loft. 21. No amenities like kleenex or paper towels 22. cover to toilet flush came off wall 23. some light swithes in wall were loose 24. linens in loft felt dampish because little air circulation 25. slept with lights in loft bath so we could see the beams in loft. 26. keys don't work in front door of building 27.. could not stand up to pea..hit head on beam 28. no shelf in shower..tried to shower so small couldn't reach shampoo on floor 29. THIS IS A 1 BR 1BA, 1 BATH WITH A LOFT. 30. Beam over bed in loft Wes low and had ti remember not to stand up except by end of bed.

It was harfd to access. When we arrived, I used the app the host supplied to get ikn the main door. However, the cleaning people locked the interior door with the keys inside the apartment so we were forced to wait outside. Fortunately a neighbor came by who was able to contact the owner and give him access to the lock-box with the keys. Apartment was nice but everything seemed old and worn out as far as furniture was concerned.

This is a great location. It is a block from the Colosseum and you can walk to almost everything. Yet the street it is on is quiet and not full of tourists. Apartment was large and spacious. Very comfortable, except for the stairs to the apartment.

We were surprised at the low ceilings in the loft. The AC was good but didn't really cool the upstairs. A fan was brought over, though, and that helped.

Location near the Colosseum was good for exploring Rome. We found a parking garage nearby for our rental car. The host was very responsive to anything we needed.

I didn’t realize ahead of getting there that the second bedroom was in an open loft and the ceiling has some low beams.

It is right in the middle of historic Rome in a beautiful quiet neighborhood.

Pictures shown is not what we got. You can just take pics of several locations and advertise as 1. Not 2 bedrooms but 1 bedroom and a loft. They knew we had 4 adults and the loft was not appropriate for adults. We hit our heads constantly on the beams. Owners responded to complaint but no resolutions. Underneath furniture was filthy. Very confusing on arrival. It took over an hour to find door and get in. Owner should meet you there to let you in.

-While the flat wasn’t too bad, it was completely different than on the pictures. I believe that the host has different apartments in Rome but it should be clear which appartment you rent and what it looks like. -The smell of -I assume- a cleaning detergent was quite strong and unpleasant. -Outside of my window there were trash cans so we couldn’t even open the window. -No TVs in the bedrooms, only small old-school TV in the living room.

The location is central. It was rather clean and had standard amenities. The communication with the host/manager was very easy and proactive.

The sofa was too small for 3 of us and not very comfortable. The showers were cold. If the main shower was used it sprayed over the screen and all over the floor so we didn't use this. We used the hand held shower but it was never more than luke warm. There was black in the showers and brown stain in the toilets. Both could do with a deep clean. The kitchen was tiny but we didn't intend to cook. Lack of clean washing up cloth and no tea towel.

Absolutely amazing location. Spacious bedrooms and both ensuite. Toiletries and hairdryer both appreciated.
