We liked our stay at this apartment! The location was fantastic, and the apartment itself was very clean and cute. I recommended! The only downside was that we were placed in a semi-basement instead of the floor I expected when booking.

I've been here for the second time. Same exceptional standards, very friendly staff, same careful attention for all details. One of the best proposal in Rome especially for the ones appreciating good taste, warm hospitality and classy decorations. Rooms have the right size for two, impeccable clean, it is definitely an exceptional choice. Once again, compliments for hospitality and for a very warm welcome from the staff.

The bed was extremely comfy. After staying in another hotel the night before, I’d had no sleep as the previous bed was so hard & the pillows were flat. The bed at Eccelso was super comfy. I didn’t want to get out.

Our apartment was near the front door which was very loud when it opened and closed. Not such a problem in the bedroom, but not good for those sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge. Was great to have use of the coffee machine but this is very loud for the middle apartment. The budget apartment was clean and tidy. Although it smelt a little musty. We think this was due to us visiting at the beginning of February and it might just have needed airing a little more. This apartment is on the road side of the building which has the road noise when the window is open. You are staying in the center of a Capital city so noise is to be expected!

The apartment was clean and tidy. It is situated in a beautiful old Villa with high ceilings. Great to have use of the coffee machine with free tabs in the hallway. We as a group had 3 apartments in the house. Very central and it was easy to access the city on foot.

Nothing to complain about, just a suggestion: There were 3 pillows for the bed and 2 of us. That meant only 1 of us got 2 pillows for sitting up in bed. Also, it would have been nice to have an extra blanket or cover since it was cold. We had to turn up the heat and it would be more economical and ecological for the hotel to encourage people not to do that.

Super cute property, nicely decorated and appointed. Was very clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The hotel was a great value for what we paid.

Clean, tidy, modern, super friendly staff. Supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies all nearby. Nearest Metro station is Ottaviano. Very short walk to the Vatican and about 25 minutes walk to the Pantheon and Trevi.

There was only one thing which was not big to us te drainage in the shower a bit slow. Other than that loved the area and would come back if ever back to Rome. We had a glorious time.

Centrally located, right across from the Vatican city. Easy access to metro. Plenty of places around to eat, breakfast lunch and dinner. Super friendly and helpful staff and not far from airport. Room cleaned everyday.
