Equipment of the room is not adequate - the fixtures (tiling etc.) are really nice but then there is a cheap painted wardrobe, cheap sofa, rusty and derailed shower bath doors etc. - degrades the feeling from the the otherwise beautiful room with high ceiling; Breakfast was not bad but monotone with small variety; Only 1 schuko type power socket in the whole room (bathroom), the rest are the weird L type.

The stair too steep and the elevator too slow, I guess, but that is to be expected in old buildings with character! The hotel is on a busy street, however, it's not a problem, because the windows are looking to a quet street.

The person at the reception was amazing. He was super helpful, even though it was impossible to check in early, he offered to leave the luggage by the reception, and suggested to carry the luggage in the room. Provided tips on how to get around Naples, and where to take the boat to go to Capri, etc. The breakfast was super delicious, felt like home.

It is not the hotel’s fault but be aware that if you do stay in the area, it is quite noisy. One suggestion to the staff would be to either add another bench or have another table as there was very little surface on which I could place my daily stuff- eg toiletries, water bottles, books, sunglasses etc.

Location couldn’t be beat. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. In fact, when I told them I don’t eat meat, they made a special veggie tart just for me which I greatly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious. I also liked their ethos of not wasting anything. There are some bad reviews of the WiFi, but it was working perfectly.

Mold in room 6 No balcony and the window faces a segment. The breakfast not very diverse, at least on the first day of the stay, I didn't have many options.

Right in the heart of Naples. So easy to get to all the sights yet as it was on the 4th floor and in the pedestrian zone it was surprisingly quiet. Great breakfast as well as spotlessly clean room and helpful staff. There’s also a kettle and tea and coffee available on the floor.

Wi-Fi by the bedrooms wasn’t working for the two nights I was there

 This was a great location, right in the middle of everything, but yet not disturbed by the noise of the streets. The room was fairly spacious, and the best part of it all was its generous balcony, looking down into the vibrant alleyways.  Cars can’t really come right up to the hotel but the staff were really helpful with giving directions to the closest location for drop off and pick up.  Breakfast was also quite nice and the coffee very good.
