United KingdomService in the Restaurant could have benefited from more staff, it was a bit chaotic. A very small seating area outside which was occupied from when we arrived and no where else to sit outside. This could be a great hotel with more staff and a bit more thought to hotel guests comfort. Quite a bit of a way from Ancona centre.
This is a lovely hotel but like many others seemed to be suffering from a shortage of staff. The Receptionist was also the barman and the waiter (only one). Large spacious business type hotel, very smart but lacking any atmosphere. Dinner was excellent, however with only one waiter (also being the barman), there wwas quite a bit of wait and some mistakes. (Not surprising). Breakfast was stunning with a fast array of choices, beautifully presented. Ample parking.

The breakfast was very decently prepared, varied and plentiful selection. The rooms very modern, clean and nicely furnished and equipped. The furnishings of the hotel gave a very pleasant, very clean and modern impression.

GermanyContrary to what they advertise, the hotel is not child-friendly. We paid for the spa and were unable to use it because they do not accept people under 18 in the area, including the pool. There was no notice about this on booking.com or in the reservation. The hotel staff had no interest in solving the situation or even mitigating the damage. Terrible location. The hotel restaurant was closed all the time.

IsraelThe view from our room was to the grey concrete wall, very weak air conditioning during the night, location was not very convenient. The view from the room was very disappointing, but closed curtains solved the problem. The worst thing was an air conditioning, which was very weak at nights and it was very hot and almost impossible to sleep.
The breakfast is very good and the personnel are very nice and proffesional. Room is very clean, shower is comfortable.

AustraliaWe stayed in a room facing Adriatic Sea (which I paid more for) arrived around 3pm to a room temp of at least 38 (outside was 30) Air conditioning not working had to call reception ..who then put it on (waste of time as it was not strong enough to cool room down) open window and got carried away by the mozzies…very poor customer service by Francesco …totally not interested!

CanadaThis is a highly trafficked hotel, mainly designed for conferences, I’m guessing. While it is made of high quality furnishings, it is starting to show its age as the carpets were worn and the walls were scratched. We bought the spa package, but when we arrived we weren’t told that it was only available after 4pm and so we missed our opportunity. We went down the next morning to enjoy the spa only to find it was closed. The hotel is in the middle of a commercial sector, right in front of the main road and train line, you will hear traffic. There is no where close by to walk at night given the lack of sidewalks in the area.
Interesting rooms with massive windows that face the sea. The windows don’t open, but the view is fantastic. the staff was very nice and the breakfast was great.

United KingdomOn the guest information website it stated that the rooms had a smart TV in which we could stream or screen mirror from our phones. After failing to be able to do so, we went to reception to ask for help in which we were rudely told that our TV was not capable of doing so. Meaning that the information we were lead to believe was false!
It was very spacious and had a nice spa. The breakfast staff were also very welcoming and friendly.

HungaryWe booked and paid the extra package room including the wellness option. When we arrived the receptionist told us that my daughter (12 years old) cannot use it because it is only for adults. I’ve checked the booking site, the hotel’s website and the confirmation - no words about that. His opinion that we made a mistake, because of we did not call the hotel directly (!) - no sorry, no compensation, no nothing - just we made a mistake. Thank you, man. The booked room was with the view to the sea - I’ve uploaded what we received first. The 2nd room what we received was better. The hotel is far expensive compared to the quality and the habit.
The breakfast was OK. Parking area is right at the entrance.
