The hotel staff was super nice, but sometimes it is on the expense of professional, during our stay they: 1. Gave hotel keys, without proper verification. They just asked for name and date of entry, did not check ID. 2. Opened our room safe without checking who we were. So in theory, we could break into another hotel and steal the safe contents with the hotel’s staff assistance… The location, Piazza Navona is central but over crowded. I think it was great in the past but now it is over priced and the crowds are something you cannot ignore. So I think I would avoid that location in the future.

The location is noisy but the hotel room was quiet ( other than the bells at the church).

Everything. From the moment we arrived at reception, really nice staff and it just got better from there. They gave us an upgrade and it was a phenomenal experience. Crazy deluxe suite, absolutely wonderful. Only got to the rooftop bar before we left for the airport and just awesome. They gave us a table with an incredible view for the 30 short mins we could stay. Breakfast was top notch. The place is a palace and I’ll definitely be back, next time for the deluxe suite!

We couldn't fault it.

The location is at the lively Piazza Navona so near plenty of restaurants and most of the attractions are walkable. The hotel faces away on a parallel quiet street. Some of the rooms at the rear have windows overlooking the Piazza. The roof top bar is beautiful and enhanced our stay, Great 360 views of the city as youd expect. Breakfast was decent and plentiful and the staff were very helpful.

This is your place if you like staying in a true Italian Palazzo in one of the best areas of Rome. You are right on piazza navona and within walking distance of the trevi fountain and the pantheon . The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are beautifully appointed and spacious . Beds are very comfortable with crisp white linens. An excellent breakfast was included and at night we enjoyed the view from the hotels roof top terrace - the highest in all of Rome . Thank you to the team of Eitch Borromini for making us feel right at home for our stay. We will be back!

I would recommend to change the sheets - the system is wrong - right now the blanket is just put between two regular bed sheets, so if you move during the night you end up covering yourself only with the blanket, not covered by a sheet, and I guess that the blanket is not washed as frequently as it should. I have never seen this system before in a hotel and it’s rather inconvenient. Breakfast options could be improved, since it is quite limited and basic. Also, our room was located right next to the stuff room. I would suggest the staff to try to limit the noise - they are very loud and banging all kind of stuff.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is also wonderful - I would like to send special thanks to Dragos, who has been especially kind and helpfull during our stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, but confortable and clean, and the bathroom is nice and big enough.

-Service: This is a 'minimal staff/service' property. While the front desk did help arrange transport to/from the airport, we had little engagement with anyone else. No turn-down. No room service per se, although one morning we asked if we could have breakfast delivered, and they picked up items for us off the buffet upstairs and brought them down - and everything was cold. After that I just went and got it myself. -Lack of heating: Outside of the room, none of the corridors are heated. Getting to/from the 4th floor for breakfast was crazy cold. -Noise level: Every day, in the AM after breakfast, in the afternoon before dinner and late PM after dinner - we could hear the loud moving around/scraping of furniture. We were on the 3rd floor - the dining area above us on 4th. It was very annoying - even hard to sleep. -Room amenities - coffee maker did not work. Reported and never corrected. Very small choice of items stocked in the mini-bar/fridge - which is not the worst thing, but it was an odd choice of things. -Not enough drinking water - one bottle refilled each day. We supplemented buying our own. -Non-refundable prepayment

+Location! Could not have found a more beautiful spot from which to explore Rome. Overlooking the Piazza Navona, easy walk to so many places. Surplus of dining options within 5-10 minutes +For history buffs like me, staying in a former palazzo was part of the magic. +Suite size was ENORMOUS! Really a small apartment. Huge bathroom. Nice soak tub. +Really lovely building - architecture and interior design +On site restaurant for dinner was very good - food and service. +Price: for a central location in this setting, it was a very good value.

The location was perfect, the hotel was definitely period but very different to modern hotels, in the best way. All of the staff gave us their best and friendly attention and made our stay special. Breakfast was as would be expected and all fresh.

The rooftop bar was inaccessible for persons with mobility difficulties as the elevator does not go up there so a person would have to walk two flights if spiraling narrow steep stairs to reach the top and back down safely.

The property was elegant, clean, and a wonderful place to spend the night. The room was huge and made it comfortable after exploring the surrounding area. The staff was welcoming and helpful with our luggage as my husband has mobility problems and we had a wheelchair with us. Just make sure the person with mobility difficulties can walk up several steps.
