Unfortunately the aircon was not able to go below 24 degrees, therefore was quite hot at night in the summer.

It was clean, modern, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed.

The room was very clean and they clean it every day. Cleaning staff was very friendly and very helpeful. The manager, Giulio, was also very very friendly and very helpful. We had un unexpted problem and he helped us to solve. You have great coffe machine in your room. Public parkings are in front of the apartment and the main parts of the city are 7-8 minutes walk from the apartment. I would recommend it to everyone who visits Cagliari.

Easy 15 minute drive from airport. on-street parking, 1 euro/hr, payable 9-10 16.00-19.00 only. Extremely comfortable beds, even the put-up for the third adult. 10 walk into centre. Beautiful room, absolutely spotless. Slippers and shower gels provided. Best to download app. ahead of time as it is needed for entry. Works very well. Any problems and they are immediately sorted out via WhatsApp, great communication. We were allowed to stay a few hours longer on check out day which was very accommodating of the owner and much appreciated, thank you.

Although check-in was easy and I was allowed to bring my baggage early, there were many steps involved and it could have been simpler!

Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms complete with fridge, coffee machine and bathroom with all amenities. The apartment is a short (15-minute) walk from the old town in Cagliari and has good parking nearby and cute cafes and restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood.

The rooms are convenient to the city centre with lots of bus stops near by. The rooms are beautiful and security is excellent by using an app on your phone to gain access to the building/floor and room. the room was cleaned everyday to an excellent standar.

The flat was very clean. The beds are very comfy. The flat is very quiet, so are the neighbourhoods. The owner sent all the information to checkin by ourselves (via an app to download on your smartphone). 15-20 min walk from the city centre. Easy to park around the flat (mostly toll parking but also some free ones a little further even in August)

Comfortable, tastefully furnished and very clean rooms with good vibes, located perfectly, minutes walk to the main pedestrian street or anywhere else. A great choice of stay if you use a car, as its very easy to park in the street in front. Very exceptional rooms. Very comfort, spacious well organized, decorated and equipped. Cleaning standards outstanding; room was cleaned every day with towels renewal. Location is quite near historic center and commercial roads. Bathroom well equipped, spacious and clean, high hygienic standards. Convenient parking place outside the accommodation facility with parking toll as everywhere in Italy. Comfort bed, very easy and convenient check in. Very good WiFi reception. A lot of coffee shops, supermarkets and fruit shops as well as restaurants in the very near by area. A gas station just in the corner. Best landlord in Italy...Gulio was very very gentle, assisting making our stay very easy and comfort. Also the smiley cleaner lady was very gentle and assisting too. Thank you both for the very nice times we had at your accommodation.

Modern and beautiful apartment, located centrally in Cagliari. The self check-in process was very smooth. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Coffee machine and kettle were also available to have a nice coffee/tea at home, which is a nice plus.
